Management is very helpful. Colleen and Kat are the best. I would definitely refer this storage facility to anyone needing storage. The place is clean, indoor, secure entry points with passcodes and elevators use passcodes plus cameras.

Very nice and courteous staff. Good security and clean. The ladies that our managing this facility now are very nice and helpful way better than previous management. Only reason we left is we moved to far for it to make sense to keep the unit.

HORRIBLE, ESPECIALLY SINCE COMPANY IS NO LONGER "EXTRA SPACE STORAGE"... HAVE LOSS COUNT OF HOW MANY TIMES MANAGENT/OWNERSHIP HAS CHANGED... PRICES ARE OUTLANDISH (CONTINUOUS INCREASES IN RATES), AND YOU CAN NEVER PAY ON-LINE AS THERE IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM W/THEIR SYSTEM!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff members. Showed us the unit and even upgraded us when we realized we needed a bigger one, showed us how to use our lock with no complaints. Honestly the two ladies working went above and beyond and the facility was clean and well kept and surveillance seemed top notch so I'm really happy with my experience.

Unsafe because lots of homeless hanging around facility and the area is unclean. The staff is very disrespectful and unprofessional, besides it being expensive. I wouldn't recommend!

The gals that manage this place are top notch!!! I was in a unit for a few years and they are by far the best team. This place hasn’t always had the best reputation and previous management has been faulty to say the least. They do a great job of making you feel like your things are safe and keeping out loiterers (which used to be a huge problem)

Inside Always clean floors. No bad smells. On line billing works. 1 time my 5x10 door was broken ? . Nothing stolen.Office help very good assistance.Area parking lot: ALWAYs Be Alert! I have no issues to report.It’s next to Planet Fitness.. . Not all coming from there are there to exercise. Sometimes suspicious people walking not belonging, going between cars looking inside AND under cars.My storage experience met my expectations.

The ladies at the south high office are awesome ! They made me feel secure in having my belongings stored in their building. Very informational and professional. Their energy is great and I feel confident in using their storage and recommending others to this facility.

Absolutely the WORST customer service EVER! What a complete waste of human existence! How anyone would hire such TRASH that can't even take a shower before they show up in sweats to work is beyond me. It shows quite a bit about a business and how much they really care when they hire people like this hateful old hag and let them be as insidious as she was to me today. I am so beyond mad at this piece of trash that I will NEVER do any type of business with National Storage!If you want problems or even just a problematic situation, then this is a storage place for you!Update:I don't think this company understood my review! Big surprise! ? So let me attempt to explain: after dealing with this person and the complete ineptitude that they showed, I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY'S SERVICES! So that would explain why I am not in your system, wouldn't it?Now to further explain:To hire and keep employed such a mean-spirited, unkempt, lazy, uneducated, and undoubtedly rude person shows just how much a company places on employees and customer service. I can only imagine just how impossible your company can be from the likes of who you have hired and trained to represent you. It was just awful all the way around, and there is zero excuse for her behavior to the extreme that she has made a black stain on your business. I have no desire to even discuss it further or even attempt to deal with such a person/company. Understand now?
