Nationwide would not let me cancel my policy in writing or over the phone. I didn't pay to renew my policy so they sent me to collections. This is fraud and anti consumer. Do not use Nationwide unless you want to be locked in forever. Better yet, don't use Nationwide.

They never answer the calls, very bad service.My experience was awful from the first call till closing the claim. ????????????????The claim manager kept finding excuses, until the other dishonest driver fixed his car and said to them, no I didn’t him his car ( it took 4 weeks for them just to speak to the other driver) never bother to ask the shopping center for the camera records.

Matt Smith is unreliable, hard to get a hold of, the most incompetent employee I have ever had the dissatisfaction of working with! Going to report this disgraceful company to the Insurance commissioner... They’ve been given many chances.
