I utilized Navis to ship artwork from my mother’s estate in Ohio to Florida. I chose them based on their reviews fir this type of service. Unfortunately, my experience was horrendous and should be a warning to anyone looking at them for art shipping.
I was shipping original artwork and did purchase the insurance, they drew up the contract and the pick up went as planned but there was a piece (the most expensive) missing when they delivered to Florida. I contacted them and they did not pay me the value of the piece, in fact they paid me nothing. I sued them but to no avail.
BEWARE OF THIS FIRM – their contract isn’t worth the paper it is written on and now I no longer have a valuable piece of artwork I will never see again.

We were assigned Navis Pack & Ship through the SHIP SMART moving company..a move from NJ to OH, too small for a larger company, so the move was parsed out to a mover in NJ to collect our goods, and a separate mover in OH to deliver once our belongings arrived. Navis was quick to communicate once everything was in OH, and flexible on what dates worked for me to receive at our storage unit. The crew was efficient, clean cut, and friendly, and all of our possessions arrived in good condition. Would use again!

I can’t say enough about this company and their staff! Whenever we need anything picked/packed in the area, Justine is my go to person. They pack with care, provide pictures, and do an amazing job at packing. All this at an extremely reasonable price. Nice job, highly recommended!

I WORK WITH PACKAGING/SHIPPING COMPANIES ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. THIS IS BY FAR THE LEAST RESPONSE, MOST INEFFECTIVE AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS OF THIS TYPE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. MY ADVICE IS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

My sister used Navis Pack and Ship to ship my late fathers antique desk to me. The marble desktop was destroyed. Their response was “too bad” we are not responsible for the damages. This was about the only thing that my father left for me. What a sad disappointment. If you plan to ship a nice antique I would suggest shipping with a more reputable company that stands by their work!

We stopped here to pick up a couple deliveries we had for our customer EBTH and it was as smooth as can be. They were extremely helpful with locating the items and even offered to help us load them. I look forward to stopping in here again for more pickups.
