We got denied a loan due to I work in IT for a staffing agency and make good money and lender after lender kept denying me a loan due to income after 30 different calls I finally came across to Mr.Preapproval AKA Kris and he went back to make sure he could get everything through and he gave me a call back in less then a hour saying he could do with my income and he did. I kid you not he really isn’t called Mr.Preapproval for nothing he’s the guy thank you so much for helping us and always answering my calls and texts and helping us along the way. Definitely encourage new home buyers to go to him and never give up, it’ll be worth it in the I promise just have Faith Thanks again Kris and thank you to his team at NFM lending

What can I say about Kris!! He is first so very personable and very thorough. He is knowledgeable about everything regarding the process of homeownership works well with my realtor and answered my questions (all of them). We had a few road blocks, but he navigated us through them all. He’s the best quarterback in this game!! Thank you for getting it done for us Kris!!!! We closed!!!!!!!!
