I had a great experience with Noebull Automotive. They were straightforward, honest, and actually took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle instead of throwing parts at a problem. They hooked up the diagnostics, found the issue, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary.
What I appreciated most was the transparency. They told me what needed attention, what could wait, and what was covered under warranty. You don’t get that level of honesty everywhere.
Professional service, clear communication, and no games. I’d definitely recommend Noebull Automotive if you want a shop that treats you like a person and not a walking invoice.

The team is so incredibly friendly, sweet, and helpful. They are very personable and honest. Without breaking a sweat, they worked me in for a last-minute appointment when I had a very tight time window of availability. Noebull was recommended by my former repair shop who could not figure out why my vintage 1991 Nissan 240SX was running so erratically. They tried working with the timing, thought a valve was sticking, but weren't sure what to do, seemed completely unclear what to do.
Noebull came back after a day or two with 3 failures: one injector was failing, something that controls the exhaust/air mixture was failing, and something else that adjusts the fuel/air mixture was failing. You can see why I don't do my own engine repair, even after Rob told me what they'd found, I didn't/don't really understand it. He further said they thought there were no other issues, but really couldn't be certain until they fixed those 3 things so the engine had a chance to run smoothly.
Well, there were no other issues, and the engine runs as well as it ever did. The car has 110,000 miles but the engine had to be replaced at 78,000 with a rebuilt, so it has lots of life left, and the way it's running now, it's really fun to drive again.
Noebull now has three more cars to service whenever they need it, both routine, and problems.
Updating 8/9/24: My new car, Infinity G37 broke down late one morning, had to be towed to Noebull, they were able to diagnose and repair the cause that afternoon, and I was back in business. They just routinely do good work at a fair price, but this was beyond routine. Thanks.

I previously used a different mechanic. At the other place, I felt as if I were nothing more than a means to the owner's income. Noebull has been the opposite of that; I feel that they are genuinely interested in what's best for me. Their prices are reasonable. Their work is competent. They are very friendly. They do not try to upsell me things I really don't need.
I wish I had found them two years ago.
