7/29/25, 4:14 - cashier-Cynthia A. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE. Upon exercising a return, i provided receipt on the counter and said I'd like to do a return. She was unable to scan receipt so she grudgingly had to type it in and turn the monitor around to me and said these items are not on this receipt but had she looked clearly at the receipt the items were all on there. She then again, grudgingly had to put her glasses on and retype the correct numbers and wha-la, there they appeared. She never looked at me once, totally annoyed to be helping a customer process a return. I had only purchased items a few days ago, all tags attached with a receipt. It doesn't get any easier. I actually am a very pleasant person, had walked up and was smiling. There was more rudness from her but I'm done. Inexcusable customer service.

I'm very upset with them They treated me wrong I wanted to return some items They didn't return my items All of them are liars When I bought the items I didn't like the items I wanted to return them They did not return my items. They are deceiving the customer. I hope all customers do not buy any items from this shop so as not to waste their time. Thank you.

The “person” working the fittings rooms let me know happily the MEN + WOMAN share the same side. So my young pre-teen daughter was told to change next to a grown man with room under the wall in case he “possibly” or could possibly look under the divider wall at her, or drop something he would or could see her. This place has HORRIBLE management clearly showing in the employees satisfaction. Never going here again. That makes them happy, they didn’t want to work anyway.

I have been a long time customer of the Nordstrom Rack store located at this address (3702 W Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43235). On May 23 at 11:10 a.m., I wanted to change the shoes I bought at Nordstrom Rack, but I can't change them because the bottom of the shoes is dirty. I tried to explain to the seller that I only wore the shoes for 1 hour and it is normal for the soles to be dusty. I am so sad. The seller's name should be Susan if I'm not mistaken. I will never buy anything from Nordstrom Rack again.

Great prices on quality apparel. There is a small kitchen/home area. Decent sized dress and makeup section. Large shoe department.

Typically a bargain place to shop for high quality items. This location changes their store hours and has not had as many items for sale. Quantity does not equal quality. Some of the clothes were dirty and much of the inventory was still being unpacked. Kudos to the staff for still being pleasant.
