Their products, like the amazing Wagyu beef bacon, coffee-rubbed bacon ends, sage sausage, and Lupo salami, are uniquely flavored. Their charcuterie kits are perfect for shipping as gifts. Their facility is for production only, not retail, and products are purchased through their website. Everything is a must-have and they have yet to disappoint.
Their products are incredibly high quality, made with care, and so delicious! I have enjoyed every product of theirs that I’ve tried. Would definitely reccomend.

My family loved the Herbed Wagyu Bresaola. If you want to try something a little different, go for this one. It will please a variety of people. The meat was very high quality and the herb blend just right.
