Could not have been a better experience. A young man greeted me as soon as I enter. He asked what I was looking for and swiped me. He explained some of the differences and did a great job. Quick sale because I did not have to waste my time figuring out what I needed. High praise for Nolan. Polaris Mall, Ohio.

We went in and found a pair of sunglasses to purchase, but wanted to think on it before we bought them. They were the last pair and one of the sales associates offered to hold them while we stopped in to another store quick. We went back approx. 30 minutes later to buy them and I was told they sold them to someone else. Very disappointing.

I had a great experience. The staff person who helped me was very knowledgeable about what type of sunglasses I needed for my usage. She showed great concern that I purchase the best fitting and lens for me. I highly recommend checking out the Oakley Store for your sunglasses.

My husband, a dedicated Oakley enthusiast, was on the hunt for a store that could fulfill his sunglasses needs. We recently stumbled upon a fantastic Oakley retailer that exceeded our expectations.
Upon entering the store, my husband was immediately drawn to the impressive display of Oakley sunglasses. After browsing through the collection, he decided to explore the custom sunglasses option. A knowledgeable and friendly staff member assisted us, patiently explaining the various color options and providing expert recommendations based on my husband's preferences.
To our delight, the store also had a selection of Oakley sunglasses for women. I was able to customize my own pair, selecting the perfect frame and lens colors to suit my style. The best part was that both pairs of glasses were on sale in celebration of Labor Day, making our purchase even more satisfying.

I purchased 2 pairs of the Half Jackets! My salesman, Nicholas, was extremely patient with me as we designed my own style of glasses. I loved all of the options that I had to create the perfect pair of glasses for me! He also replaced the lost nose piece, at no charger, on a pair of previously purchased sunglasses.

So I had an issue with a pair of glasses I purchased a couple weeks back . The customer service reps replaced them no questions asked . The customer service is always impeccable. This why myself and my family will only wear Oakley glasses.
