Absolutely terrible customer service! We needed a new blue tooth printer for our company. Looked online for a certain model and website said they had it at this location. I waited till they opened for an hour and when I walked in two people saw me but did not offer to help. Finally I found the printer display and someone came over. He said they did not have any in stock. He checked his handheld for other locations buy did not bother to call or confirm for me. Not helpful at all. I'll never be back here.

The Office Max on Polaris Parkway (Columbus) and also in Marysville, have very nice employees. My experiences there were much better than my experiences at Staples, sorry to say.

Great OfficeMax location. I was greeted by three different people during my trip to OfficeMax. I use the print shop which Marc, the manager informed me about their member rewards program. Definitely a must have for anybody who owns a business or has a lot of printing or purchasing needs. I was able to buy a large dry, erase magnetic Bored for 1999 that retails at $73 so I bought two! I still love brick and mortar stores where you get to work with humans who care our friendly and extremely helpful A+ five stars to all the employees working tonight. You are very appreciated!!

I went in to buy a bulk pack of bic pens. To my pure elation this fine détaillante this fine market not unlike the Hansa of the Medieval Era had said Bic Pens. I was filled with pure unbridled exhilaration as the cashier asked if I had a phone number with this company. I did indeed for Marco Polo did not trade across the Asiatic without *cough* connections and neither do I. With my rewards account applied and receipt emailed I could no longer contain my euphoria and I was caught up in a rapture of pure bliss. I cracked an awkward smile and exited the store, I could now use these Bic pens for my writing pleasure and write I have done till the ink there in runs dry. Thank you, Office Depot for not only sending me an email asking me to review this jubilant occasion when I am allowed the short sabbatical to visit this fine market of all office supplies but for the Bic pens which give me such joyous elation.

Came here in an attempt to buy 2 large desks, 2 chairs, 3 file cabinets, and a copier printer and scanner.Manager was rude and indifferent. I initially attempted to purchase the desk, but when i pointed out i saw it for a 100$ cheaper at the easton location this morning he all but called me a liar, then walked away from me. Ill stock my office somewhere else.

I took a workbook in today to be spiral bound. Based on the phone call before, I knew that it was thin enough to be done in store. Marc met me at the counter, looked at one page in the book and said the text was too close to the binding. He was short and rude. So I gave up and took it to Staples. It’s very affordable and I had the pleasure one of the Staples employees calling the Office Max employee a dingus.
