UPDATE: Major issues with getting the title back from this dealership. We purchased the vehicle on 3/28 and as of 5/9 we still have not received a title. We paid for the vehicle, tax, and title at the dealership and every time we've contacted Phil, he's given us another story and another "it's in the mail." Will be contacting an attorney. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR VEHICLE!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Bought a very nice crossover SUV at their new location on Stelzer Rd. Phil was very friendly, honest, and polite. We traveled from Dayton after work to look at the SUV and arrived after the lot closed, but Phil made sure to stay late to help us. He was not pushy at all, and was willing to negotiate a very fair price. We had a great experience!

Phil met me at 7:00 AM on a Sunday, then later at 5:00 PM on the same day to show me a car of interest. I appreciate his flexibility in adjusting to my schedule.

Bad experience overall. Bought car, broke down two weeks later, went through a week of the owner ignoring us, then the warranty only covered 30% of the repair. So our cost of the vehicle was 50% higher because of the company sold us a bad transmission. Beware. Nice guy but our experience was not good.
