Their customer service was fantastic. Under new management the pick up system was much quicker and easier. The only reason I gave four stars is because half of my bags of mulch were soaking wet and made them three times as heavy!

We had a good experience today at Ohio Mulch, thanks to the manager, Exin. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, helped us load our trailer and we ended with a wonderful conversation. Much improved customer service!

I ordered a semi load of grade a cypress in March. There is a bunch of chunks of wood in all of the bags. Customer service did nothing about it. All they said they would contact the production manager

Exin, the store manager, provided an exceptional level of customer service so I could quickly get in and out and checked to make sure my mulch and Kow Pow purchase offered superior quality and the best pricing. I've been a lecturer in Marketing and Consumer Behavior at The Ohio State University and was very impressed with Exin. Thanks also to the man who very carefully placed bags in my hatchback for the 3 trips I made. Great service all around!

I enjoyed my visit at this store immensely. I went in not sure of exactly what I wanted as I'm new to gardening. But the employees were nothing but helpful today and gave me wonderful comprehensive breakdowns of what exactly I need based on my soil at home and my budget!

Purchased a pound of bulk grass seed a couple of weeks ago; it did not perform as expected at all - pretty much only a few blades have been poking up; I went back this morning and told them about it asking for input - 2 guys on staff was excellent!!! super nice and helpful; provided me with about 1/2 the bulk weight I had purchased and gave me a bunch of tips on how to get better results. High recommend!!!

Junk company. No concept of service capacity or truthful communication.After promised delivery on Friday, May 10, repeated three times AFTER 5:00 pm, I sit at 8:42 pm with no delivery in sight, and no communication from this incompetent organization. Disappointing, to say the least.

Seems like they have a good product. Had a good delivery experience recently. But if you have to go in the store to pick something up it's rarely a good experience.

Do NOT use Ohio Mulch.I had top soil delivered over a week ago. I had originally scheduled the delivery date for Friday, September 22 so I could be home when it was delivered. The delivery date had to be changed to Saturday because of inventory issues, which is totally fine, but I wasn't going to be home. I was ensured that was OK.I came home Saturday afternoon to find three of the trees along my driveway damaged and my gate bent and broken (it no longer closes).I emailed on Sunday morning with photos of the damage and received a quick response from the customer service team telling me a director would contact me. It took 5 days to get a call back after emailing and calling multiple times. Then, I was told someone would come to fix my gate. I specifically said I needed to be home when they were there. A Patrick followed up with me on Monday and arranged with me to come by Thursday morning while I was home. Today (Wednesday), I got a notification from my front door camera where I watched someone from Ohio Mulch take my gate from my property without me being home. No call, no email, no text. They just took my gate without me knowing and after I specifically gave them dates and times I would be home.I'm fuming.
