Called this specific location and asked could I dump brush there and they told me yes. I pull up and he tells me he can’t take it because he has other trucks coming in as if my little load would make a difference. Told the guy I called this location and he proceeds to tell me I must have called corporate. Then I show him I didn’t call corporate, I called this location his response “oh idk” waste of time

My fiancé called ahead of time to make sure he could dump his small trailer of brush there. He checked in and once he was ready to dump his trailer, they told him that due to other Rumpke trucks coming in that day that he wouldn’t be able to dump because they wouldn’t have room. Huge waste of time and gas to come out to this place even after he called to make sure he could.

Product was not at the price advertised. It would have been cheaper at the place we were going to get our mulch from, even though it was their mulch.
Also, it seemed like they had been told they had to help us, and that made them angry at us. We deescalated the situation.

It was my first time in, I had a project that was little more than an idea and I figured I’d just hope for the best. One of the employees there saw my cart and asked what I was doing. I told him, and he asked “can I give you some advice?” Turns out what I had picked out was totally wrong lol. He not only pointed my to something that would work better, he walked me through an easier way to do the project, step by step instructions, taught me a little about picking fertilizers, and I walked out of there feeling so much better. I don’t know what his name was but if he sees this: your advice saved me! I got the garden “cage” constructed and thanks to you it was WAY better and easier than what I was going to do. Thank you!!!

There were 2 sales clerks greeting me right after I walked in. Kind of confusing which building to go to. It is not the one closest to Winchester Pike road. It is the building to the left & back further. I wanted to have a car key made but do not cut 2 sided keys. And needed a pint of just black matte paint but prices were high & didn't have what I wanted. But I did find a good screw selection for misplaced ones to reattach a TV stand 2 doors. They have been here for about a year. They also took over the mulch business that was there already.

This place has the best prices on top-soil $1.59 a 40lb bag. Been getting it here for 4 yrs. The manager was great, he was really nice and came out and loaded the 6 bags I bought. Can't beat them.
