Not a fan of these stores. Id like them better if new was separated from thrift, only because I prefer the thrift items. Staff was friendly

At this point I wouldn’t classify this as thrift store. It’s filled with so much liquidated, cast off junk from retail stores. It ruins the experience of digging through donations. I want to look for treasures people donated not something that didn’t make the cut at jcpenny.

Employees are super rude and will talk negative about customers there. Go to the thrift store across instead the street for a friendlier environment/deals!

this isn't really a thrift store... more like a marshall's? there is definitely donated stuff, but still, lots of random, new off brand things. not what i was hoping for.

I don't really consider this a thrift store anymore, it's more like a big lots/Ollie's. Getting someone to unlock the changing room door? Good luck with that, I waited 15 minutes before I finally just left my cart sitting and left the store. The prices are ridiculous.

Had a nice experience in the store, a lot of good clothes options and decently stocked electronics / housewares section. Lost a star for the food selection however, most of the stuff is close to or way past its best before date. One item was best by the beginning of last year.. other than that had an enjoyable time employees were friendly too.

This thrift store is pretty basic in what it sells. A repeat of any other Ohio Thrift. Because of that I would avoid it if you can because the employees treat the customers like an inconvenience and it's not worth the awkward and negative interaction.

Most Everyone was really nice. One worker even gave my friend a bandaid when she smashed her finger in the changing room door. The reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because of one one worker. He had curly hair and glasses. He almost walked in front of our cart and when we said sorry that we almost bumped him he rudely sighed and wiped his hand down his face, giving us a rude look. He went to one of the registers and we asked if it was open and he snapped at us loudly "are you a loyalty rewards member?" Without saying yes or no. When we looked confused on if that meant yes or not he snapped it at us again. We went up to the register and the whole time he snapped instructions at us and seemed annoyed that he had to help us. At one point I asked a question and he snapped and rudely pointed at the card reader. He rudely smashed all of our clothes in the bags and basically shoved it at me. It made us really upset and really ruined an otherwise really good time. If this is the type of people this store employees, I dont know if I'll be back.

I shopped here last night, found good things and came to the cashier happily but left the store unhappily because the curly haired and glasses gentleman whose name I don't know treated me so badly... I thought the bag was going to hit me in the face. I am very upset and very angry, please warn him. I will not come again.

Prices are slowly getting more and more ridiculous. Most of the clothing there is junk stuff they get from liquidation sales at Target, Meijer, etc. so it’s not even fun to look through the racks, just the same boring items over and over. They charge half the price that the original brand would have charged at full price but sometimes more? Found a pair of jeans once that were $24.75 when they were at Kohls but $25 at Ohio Thrift for some reason… They’ll also charge $2 for Dollar Store items. Literally items with dollar tree tags on them. Also, you need an employee to let you into the changing room but they make you wait forever to get it. There are TONS of cameras and monitors around the changing rooms so they must be super worried about theft. Should probably price their items better if it’s such a problem.

As I entered the store, I was appalled by the sight of numerous expired snacks lining the shelves. The thought of someone unknowingly consuming these products filled me with disgust and horror. It is simply unacceptable for a store to stock items that are well past their expiration date. Ingesting such items could lead to serious health concerns, including food poisoning and other related illnesses. This is a matter of public safety that cannot be ignored! Hence, I urge all shoppers to read labels carefully before purchasing any snacks from this store. Do not gamble with your health, as it is far too valuable a commodity to put at risk over stale or expired snack products.
