I took my wife to this ER for pneumonia. It was quick getting her help. The process of us being in and out was very good and the quality of care was great.
The parking garage wasn't hard to find, and it was free for up to 2 hours.

They are very bad people, they don't value the patient, they don't have a doctor in the emergency room

I think riverside hospital need to step up on their services especially the emergency department. Poor customer service. They just don’t care about the patients and keep telling us they waiting for rooms for us to see the doctor. A person who is seriously sick can seat in the lobby close to 10 hours whilst no one cares. That is unprecedented on their part if you don’t have beds should people die . Imagine my blood pressure shot up to 170 and am still here having headaches body pains and I have to pray for God to save my life. The emergency is a place to be taken care of off . If the hospital is l lacking amenities patient should not suffer for that. Please look for a better emergency to go to .If you go to that hospital it’s at your own risk. Emergency services over there is the worse. Team you guys will have to seat up poor service

Waited three hours for nothing. Doctor was clueless about my condition. Will never go back.

We had to go in the middle of the night and as expected they were busy and slow to see some patients. Amira was in the waiting room taking vitals and she couldn't have been friendlier. Many patients were frustrated by the long wait, but she handled it as well as possible and kept an incredibly positive attitude despite the attitudes of patients she was dealing with.

The second star is because the staff that we dealt with were fairly nice. My wife had a procedure that took 7 minutes yet we were there for four days. We definitely felt taken advantage of. The hospital definitely knows that governmental insurance will pay for anything and everything. They definitely like to squeeze blood from that rock.

Unless you're actually dying, don't bother. Very few beds and doctors apparently, was left in the lobby for over 5 hours, eventually gave up and left.

I would give them zero stars if I could! Went there in January for what turned out to be a bulging disc pushing on the nerve in my neck. After two hours, waiting in the waiting room, I was taken back to a room. I was left in that room, for at least an hour before someone came in to ask me what was going on. I explained the pain, they told me they would do some test, including an EKG to make sure I was not having a heart attack. Two hours later someone came to get me for a CT scan. They took me back to the room and I sat there again for a couple more hours, before they sent someone in who looked like he was 15 years old to do an EKG. Again I sat for several more hours before a doctor came in to tell me I had bulging discs and I needed to see a spine doctor. At no time did they give me anything for pain until they were discharging me. The only thing they gave me was a glorified version of Advil and a lidocaine patch. The doctor they referred me to would not even see me because the CT scan was useless. He told me I had to go have another doctor order an MRI before he would even see me. Thankfully, I had seen a spine surgeon several years ago, and they were more than happy to get me in and order an MRI. That doctor expressed his frustration with the emergency room because they have been told multiple times that a CT scan is useless in these types of situations, that an MRI is what is necessary. In total, I spent more than six hours in the emergency department, in excruciating pain, and felt like I was treated like a drug addict. it was unbelievable and I will be hard-pressed to ever go to an emergency room again. For as long as I was in that room, and only the few people who came in, I could’ve died in there, and they would not have known for hours. Horrible treatment!

If I could give 100 stars I would. Everybody was so nice and caring. My husband was sent there for a gallbladder situation and we were taking back quickly and the situation was handled efficiently with kindness and care.

Could not find anything nice to say. I am an amputee and use a wheelchair for mobility, I was placed in a room without wheelchair access to the bathroom!!! Thankfully my daughter called and complained, I was moved my last day to an ADA compliant room. Food was not very appealing. Would rather not go there again!! See

This is the worst hospital I've ever been to. Going on our 2nd week here, we still have not been given the name/s of the MD in charge of care. We've been moved from room to room for no apparent reason. We've been scheduled for OT, PT, and speech pathology but they have not shown up as of yet. The new nurse is on the 3rd computer because the others have not been working for 2 weeks. Nurse Crystal has been great as have the PSA's. Nurse Jada was the absolute worst caregiver we have ever witnessed. I warn people not to bring any loved ones to this hospital.

Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and staff who took care of my partner while she was hospitalized for almost 3 months.
