I recently visited this store and was informed that they now only accept one container per person to sell and that the items couldn’t go over the top of the container at all. The reason given was too many things were getting lost even though there is a sign posted that says not responsibility for lost items. For the little bit of money they offer for your items, you are better off selling them yourself or elsewhere

I brought a tub of things to sell, and they bought about half which I was happy about, but when I was going through the tub and deciding what to do with the rest, I found two very small loose button batteries. No one informed me that they were left in the tub, and that’s a super dangerous thing to leave laying loose. The $28 I made definitely was not worth the risk to my kids.

Easy to sell, reasonable offers, and great selection of clothes to buy. I think people have an unrealistic expectation of the offer pricing. I’ve always been satisfied!

I have been so happy with my experiences at this Once Upon A Child location! They have excellent quality name brand clothes for the age ranges I shop for (4-6 year old boys). I’ve also been impressed with their winter coat/snow boot options as well as athletic shoes and dress clothes. I wish I had known about Once Upon a Child when my kids were infants because there are many infant clothes, pack n’ plays (as well as other sleep options) and even toys/books.

Although I do love shopping here I feel most items that weren't new I had were just thrown to the side wasn't even looked at. They offered wayyy too low for the items I had most had only been worn once or twice nothing had stains on them or faded!! I shopped here plenty times and found many dingy shirts and pants for sale I guess they don't like to pay too much to one person?? Either way its a rip off

I love shopping here! I'm really only posting because I saw all the negative comments and reviews and I just want to say this is my favorite place to shop. The staff is friendly, it's clean and organized. The items are high quality. Here's the thing, a lot of the negative reviews are people trying to give things away or "donate". This isn't a charity, it's not a place to donate. They sell quality items because they only accept good stuff, not whatever random crap people bring. That's what makes it a quality store. I love coming here and will continue to do so.

My daughters Birthday was tuseday July 16 and she wanted to buy her dolls some clothes when i say everyone in there made my daughter feel like a princess .. she felt so loved on her special day. The staff was so amazing my daughter wants to go back and we definitely will be going back thank you

If I could give a zero, I would. Incredibly rude staff, zero customer service. They are unwilling to provide even a 1-day grace period for pick up. This location clearly has plenty of sellers and doesn’t care AT ALL if sellers are dissatisfied. DO NOT sell your items here. You are better off donating or go to another location.

Called ahead and asked if they were accepting boys clothes a week ago. Told me to bring in anytime. I show up, and the lady says they are not accepting anything for today, and to come back another time to drop off.
I drove out here for nothing. Thanks

I went in to shop for my god daughter and Kierstyne was a amazing help!! She made sure i found what i needed and went above and beyond for me. The store was clean and stocked in what i was looking for. 100000/10 will go and shop again :)

I have had nothing short of great experiences here. The quality of clothing is so good & there is always a great selection of toys, as well! I have been able to find clothing to fit my children and feel like I am saving some serious money! Kyrstene & Terri were both incredibly kind to me. We will definitely be back again & again for our clothing needs!

Brought an entire basket of preemie and newborn clothes to sell and use the store credit to get clothes in my daughter's current size. I called after 3 weeks and was told they still hadn't gotten to it and someone would give us a call once they had. It's now been 5 months, no phone call. We won't be selling or buying from Once Upon a Child anymore.

Turned down the last two times when bringing one item in which was accepted at a different location afterwards. I even checked to see if they had the play table I wanted to sell in stock, which they did. I asked the younger lady , before I carried the big awkward thing from the vehicle inside, and she said they'd take it. Then after bringing it in I saw her discussing with an older lady about already having one. Then the older lady proceeded to nitpick the item, even the underside of the surface, which would never be seen. I realized they wanted to back out rather than tell me they didn't need another. Frustrated that I would have to carry and load the table back to my vehicle after I had attempted to avoid the situation, I said, "ok, ill load it back up". I lifted it up and heard one of them say, "he has an attitude". Rather than make a scene, here is the review . Don't recommend, will never go back, will never have anything nice to say . Meanwhile, no issues at other locations, so I learned my lesson.
