Tom, the shop’s owner, provides professional service and relevant information to prospective buyers of electric bikes. His inventory deals only with electric bikes. This allows him to have a variety of bicycles to choose from with a variety of prices. I’m looking forward to having an ongoing relationship to service the Gazelle Avignon that I ordered from Tom.

Called for a few questions to see if they could service my ebike...without knowing what I spent the person said they can't help and that's what I get for buying a cheap bike off the internet and made a few other back handed comments. Look I know I may not have the top of line bike or your brand...but don't be a jerk about it. When I'm ready to spend some real dollars on an ebike it won't be here

Called the owner and he accepted the call, but never said anything then I had to make sure it was orbit bikes. I had a question and he said “we don’t work on Chinese bikes”. Super rude and unprofessional

Great customer service and very knowledgeable about all e-bikes, not just the ones they sell. Highly recommend Orbit City e-Bikes for purchasing a bike and rack.

Do NOT go here. The owner Tom is extremely rude. I went in with a reasonable budget for a entry Ebike and he basically scoffed in my face. He made me extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I'm new to Ebikes and had a lot of questions and he made me feel incompetent for even asking. After I told him I was going to a few other bike shops to do some research since I've never owned an e bike before, he proceeds to bash his competitors. He said that the other bike store I mentioned only sells, "Chinese made garbage" and mentioned it TWICE. I will say the other young man working there, Derrick was trying to be nice. But overall I could not wait to leave the establishment. There are plenty of other quality bike shops in Columbus to give your business to.

Went in to talk about a part match up and the older gentleman was talk more negative than anything else kept on saying contact the manufacture didn't want to help or anything or even take a look. Won't recommend ever coming here or going back.

Before e-bikes we're very popular I talked with these folks about purchasing a specific juiced bike they did not sell They had informed me I would have to purchase it direct and then I could pay them to assemble and have a continued relationship in turn I bought all my accessories also from them was happy with them even though assembly came at an hourly rate,, well fast forward to today when I'm having an issue with the bike that requires someone to work on it, I called and expected them to charge me to work with them they said they did then asked me the model, and informed me they didn't sell it, and even at 90 per hour they don't want to help support it! Deeply disappointed in this shop as they were great and this was worked out from the beginning in all fairness I have had no issues so I'm not in this store monthly any longer, but to be honest I was going to purchase a new bike when I came in to drop this one for service obviously I don't plan on doing that now. It's a shame guessing business was not as robust before, but now that e-bikes are more mainstream seems they forgot some of us that appreciated having an e-bike specific store oh well guess things change!

Tom and Derek fixed my ebike… new brakes, back tire and a tuneup! Can use both the left and right brake comfortably.

Free test rides of any bike?! That’s awesome. Great people. They really know eBikes. Quality products. You can be happy with anything you buy there. The manufacturing is ethical which is why it is more pricy but the quality is there. Great local small business

In March 2016, almost 7 years ago I bought my first Ebike from Tom at Orbit City. It has been a great Ebike, I have put over 6200 miles on that Ebike and this bike is still in excellent condition. In March 2022, I went back to Tom and purchased a second Ebike. This Ebike I’ve had for about 10 months now and I’ve got about 1000 miles on it, it is a super super good Ebike. The new Ebike is Riese & Muller: Nevo. I cannot say enough about the GREAT EXPERIENCE I have had at this store. This place is great, the Ebikes are great, the people are great. Thank you Orbit City eBikes.
