Went in for windshield fluid and because of the cold weather we've had lately, I ask for a battery check in the freezing cold. So glad I did because my battery was terribly bad. Had to place it, the young man helped to remove the old one and install the new one, and cleaned away the corrosion. He was such a pleasant young man and knew his stuff.

Always very helpful and knowledgeable when I visit. Sometimes they don't have parts I need though. Overall, the employees always make my visit worth while.

The employees here are too lazy to even answer the phone. (Update) Got through with an answer one time, and was immediately put on hold for over 10 minutes before being disconnected.

The people at the Parson Ave store in Columbus Ohio are incompetent. They hire anyone to work in the store. They don't anything about cars and that goes all the way to the manager in that particular store. Do not go to that store. If anything you can go right across the street Advance. But if you like O'Reilly, then I suggest the High Street location or the Canal Winchester location on Genddr road. I have to go to another O'Reilly store just to get my money back on wrong parts sold to me. The employees in that store need some proper communication skills training and training in auto care. If I could go to corporate on this store in particular I would.
