Never buy anything from this branch!
I’d never trust O’Reilly Auto, especially the West Broad branch in Galloway, OH!
I went in with an unopened bottle of K&N cleaner and my receipt from another branch in NC, intending to exchange it for the correct filter cleaner. After explaining the situation to a clerk, the manager stepped in, confirmed they didn’t have what I needed, and then tried to claim the unopened bottle was their merchandise! I had to pull it back until the original clerk intervened, confirming it was mine.
The manager never even apologized—shameful!

This is my go to place, even if I am not a mechanic. Recently I went in just for a couple of gallons on windshield washer. Although I didn't understand the Spanish they were speaking, it sounded like they were having a good time with lively conversation. I asked if they serve beer. They do not. Darn. I would have spent all day just hanging out.

I think people only write reviews when they have terrible or fantastic service. I dropped off some roters to have turned and some new pads. (Also it looks like the other big box stores dont turn roters anymore) Inquired about the pads they had them in stock so I left the roters and went on my way. Less then an hour later got a call they were done, couldn't believe how fast they got them done. Went back a few hours later Juan had everything ready for me. Remembered the car or had pulled the pads when I asked if they had them. It seems like in retail most people are there for a check, some people like there job, but some people like Juan love there job. Easy to talk to, remembers the details, goes for the up sales more as a reminder then cramming it down your throat. Move aside Auto Zone, O'Reilly is now my first go to parts store. Thank you Juan keep up the great work and great attitude I'll be seeing you again.

They are always super helpful. You don't even have to ask him for help if they see you looking like you're having trouble to find something that'll come up to you and help you or ask you if there's something I can look up on the computer.I've never had an issue with this store!

This O'Reilly is horrible. They couldn't find our account and then they told us we weren't allowed to do a return. They were very rude from the start.
