Please fire this woman 😂 Kimberly is useless and can’t do her job because she’s on drugs. I gave her my make and model, asked for a quote and I came back after. She asked for my number instead, and pulled up the wrong car (I have two cars on my profile), sold me the part. When I came back to return it, she didn’t take responsibility for her mistake and said she asked for my VIN, but I never gave her my VIN, just my make and model. She still wanted to blame me and said the part she gave me was correct. Kept saying that she was right, and I’m wrong. Thank God for Zachary, give the man a promotion! He diligently took care of me when she kept complaining about the time and didn’t try to help fix what she got wrong.

Morse road location
it's not new to this location that you have to wait a lot before being attended so aftert waiting for atleast 15 minutes Kelly come out and with a very bad attitude ask for my car information 3 times...before take it right, i thought its fine we all have bad days, but his semblance was like i was bother him like if i was there asking for free stuff I told him what I need (pads and a rotor) after a very awkward moment he just add the whole thing and toldme the total wich i can tell he add the expenive stuff so I ask him why he don't askme about the brand or what i want or the quality?
(i really know my car and the parts i put on it also know how autoparts works bcus im a good customer )
He dont Even ask if i want the 2 rotors wich I only need one but also I toldhim that before but well apparently I did wrong, then he finally toldme that he dont have any options on the computer for my car, but hes nasty attitude make everything worse of what it was, I told him you know what never mind thanks!!
and before I proceeded to walk to the exit I told him you need to change your attitude man!! and ofc he star screaming about me leaving the store and never comeback
I told him few more times change your attitude, while he was screaming GO!! GO!!! GO!! AND NEVER COMEBACK several times! so I comeback and ask to talk with the manager, he come out with this sad semblance of not again... (I feel sorry for the people who work with Kelly)
And while I was talking with the manager Kelly was screaming in the background about not taking poop of no one and how he don't tellme how to do my job....
The manager response it was ok, to be honest I don't think he can do anything about a employee screaming in the background while we was talking, you can tell its not the first time customers complain about Kelly.
I hope it's a video about the whole thing and someone can help Kelly to deal with his anger issues if you look for the video it was today Oct 13 between 12:30-1:30pm

The employees here are so confused it's sad and pathetic. Such a disconnect through out the whole store. Doesn't help that the some employees are to high to function.

If want to wait a billion years for service come here. Inventory was not well stocked. the greatest. Went to the location on Westerville Rd and had a 180 experience would recommend that O’Riley location.

Website says there open until 8 PM
It's 734 I'm at the Morse Rd location and doors are locked. When I pulled on the door I didn't even get a reaction from staff as to explain the situation. So in short NEVER will I EVER be returning to O'Reilly auto parts for any reason and will sway anyone in working for against as well. If I have to wait a month for a part vs. go thru them I will!

Went to get battery tested and it went bad - Aarron helped get battery swapped to new battery in 90* weather! He was a pleasure to work with - and he had to run back and fourth to get the job done. We will be going back there to see him specifically again! Thanks Aarron!!

Aaron is the best got sent up from another store saying I can just stop in and get my parts at the end of the day they didn’t tell me at the original store that they will call when it’s ready Aaron made sure I didn’t waste my trip out to the store my parts were no where near ready but he took it into his own hands and pulled my fuel tank immediately great customer service definitely will be back

They were very understaffed, they didn't answer the phone at all for hours, and when they did, I got a very rude employee, I believe his name was Jake or Jason maybe. Very unprofessional individual that should be coached or written up period. He set a bad perception for that store, I mean, when i got there, I expected all the employees to be that rude and frustrated, but they were not.
