My wiper blade broke off on a rainy day. I went to purchase wiper blades. No one helped me and I had to let the employee know I was ready to check out. Then I asked her to put the wiper blades on (sign said free instillation). She said she didn’t know how and there was no one else there. You shouldn’t hire people and not train them on wiper blade instillation. I end up not purchasing the wipers and went Advance Auto Parts.

Jeremiah is an outstanding employee that goes above and beyond. My check engine light was on and he checked it and gave me a printout, which was amazing because the last time I had to do that I was given a code and told to look it up. He also checked my oil, helped me buy what I needed, let me use a funnel, and made sure the cap was on and I was good to go. I want him to know how much I appreciated him and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

I went to O’Reillys after having my car jumped due to a dead battery. I am not car savvy at all. The employee, Aaron was honest and super helpful in confirming the dead engine battery, removing it, and installing the new one. There was no service fee collected like at a auto shop and it was a complete success! I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Thank you Aaron for your help! You turned a stressful morning into a great afternoon!.

8/27/24... Back today to buy new cabin and air filters. Tajsion removed and replaced both filters. He also cleared my check engine light with no issues found. Thank you for the awesome customer service!!
My first time in this store. Zachary waited on me my battery cables needed cleaned. He assisted me in the proper tool to buy. He also came out to my car to clean my battery for me! Great customer service he was pleasant and helpful. Thank you Zachary!! I highly recommend this location ?
