My Subaru Forester needed new headlight and taillight bulbs. John helped me find the right ones and even took the time to replace them for me! It was super helpful and informative to learn how to do. I was in and out within 10 minutes!

I visited on 5/5/25 around 5:10–5:20 PM and was very disappointed with the service. The person at the front counter did not greet me, acknowledge me, or offer any assistance. Instead, he remained on his phone and stared at me in silence for several seconds, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unwelcoming. This wasn’t the first time I’ve encountered unhelpful behavior from the same employee. While I understand retail can be demanding, basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected. Consistent poor service like this reflects poorly on the business. I hope management addresses this and hires staff who are better suited for customer-facing roles.

Had a great experience, quick, friendly, got in got out with what I needed. Decently stocked inventory, the headlights weren’t locked like the Morse Rd location. Even got assistance with the headlight installation. I had change them before, but the employee, Diante, made sure they were properly installed which I appreciated. Now I can drive at night safely again.

The salesperson at O'Reilly's sold me the wrong oil and oil filter. The filter screwed on but didn't hold tight enough to withstand the oil pressure when the engine was above 3k rpm. The filter blew off while I was driving and caused my engine irreversible damage. The engine still runs but is much more stressed-sounding than it used to be. I will never again shop at O'Reilly's. Also, the manager at the location on Westerville rd wouldn't even talk to me, and the people who work there are rude. Avoid O'Reillys at all costs. There's an auto zone right down the street.

Ordered a tire valve and they said it would be in stock by noon the next day. Got there at 1,:00 and no tire valve. No apology No ETA.

Unfortunately I was witness to an employee being quite rude to a customer. The customer was a woman needing assistance getting a new battery. The employee was very condescending and unhelpful in every way. There was no need for this. The customer was calm, polite, and clearly needed extra help understanding her options. I left, deciding to take my business elsewhere, and won’t return to this store.

Beyond pleased!! Jeff was absolutely amazing! I called in and he made me feel Like I was talking to an uncle or father I trusted his advice and he was very knowledgeable about anything asked he's a gem definitely as someone who doesn't know too much about cars thank you so much
