I went in an approximately noon on Tuesday there was one woman working behind the counter phone was ringing off the hook several of us were standing in line having gone and found whatever we needed from the aisles ourselves because she was unavailable to help. You can hear people's voices in the back especially when she was asking them questions about can she do this or can't you do that for the customer that she was talking to but no one bothered to come out and help

Spent afternoon putting rear brake SHOES on granddaughters 2009 HHR. Got new shoes pinned to backing plate, realized there was a roll pin missing on front shoe that holds the adjuster arm and no hole drilled in shoe so l couldn't take roll pin from old shoe and put in new shoe. O'Reilly near me didn't have the right shoes, had to put old shoes back on for now. No more O'Reilly brakes for me, sorry. I did check, they were suppose to be the right part.

Lesson learned today...stay away from here...needed new oil drain plug, was told it would be in at 445 pm.....It was not...and wasn't coming....so now I have a truck with no oil because O'Reilly dropped the ball....will NEVER shop here again

Justin went above and beyond to help us test and replace our car battery. It was 30 degrees outside and we wrapped up a little after the store closed. We really appreciate his hard work.

Came to Columbus from NC for a visit, had issues with my car, called in for parts late that night, spoke with Clint he stated he got one in stocks, came to pickup and was able to finish my project. Awesome O'Reilly store, awesome associate CLINT...Thank you.

Had paint transfer from a sideswipe and had a lot of questions for the associate. He was incredibly helpful and kind. Other associates mentioned ideas to him as well. Excellent service! Thanks, guys!
