They've helped me with every issue I've had and saved me money if I didn't need to buy to fix something on my vehicle. They're the nicest, most patient staff I've seen. They actually make me feel like I can depend on them out of the whole canal area to help me with questions or anything. They explain things (I have no idea about vehicles) to where I understand. I can just go on and on about what a great team they are with customer service. I thank you guys a thousand times over.

Staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Always my first stop when needing parts. Have never had to wait more than a day for the items that need to be ordered.

I visited this location for a wiper blade on a difficult vehicle. Upon entering, I was wonderfully greeted by Jeremy. He went above and beyond to assist me in getting the correct blade before I was due to travel the next day and made sure it was properly installed on an F-Pace. I am very grateful for his assistance. I will definitely be a long time customer for this type of service. Jeremy deserves a monetary BONUS!!!!!Many thanks!!!!!

My go to, the staff is solid, good product knowledge and industry knowledge. The area is growing and they're handling it.One thing a lot of people don't know is that O'reilly can get a lot of products that other stores can't get or won't get.For instance, O'reilly can get rims. Aftermarket, OE, and refinished. They can get single stage or 2 stage paint in any color. The can have single stage aresol cans made of any color (except tri coats). Their PBE (paint & body) selection is second to none.They have aftermarket versions of very expensive computer controlled shocks and struts, that most people think are "dealer only".Also, they have some amazing and affordable detailing products outside of what is stocked on the shelves. (Ask about Superior)They have sources for some pretty hard to get electrical parts as well as hard to find parts for imports. They can find about anything. And all this without your typical 'parts store ego'.This is why they are my go to. And I have to say, nice store picture on Google... ?
