Terrible Pac Sun location. The store was disheveled and dirty. Clothes everywhere and a total mess. The people working didn’t seem to notice or care. While checking out, another associate actually interrupted our cashier asking if she would pick her up something to eat when she took a lunch. 🤦♀️ Then, we needed to make a return the next day and arrived to the store doors closed even though the other stores in the mall were still open. The manager comes to the door to let some shoppers out and I asked if we could return one item. He said they were closed at 7. I checked the time and it was 6:58. Gimme a break. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Go to Easton instead.

We spend a lot of money on this store as it’s our teens favorite place to shop for trendy pieces. Last time we went to return a shirt my daughter bought a week prior, had never worn, had the tags on it and the original receipt and my daughter exchanged it for something else and the amount back to us was $5. They told us we had to take store credit and wouldn’t return our money in cash which is how we had paid when we originally brought the item. The girl was beyond rude and argued with me and when I got back our receipt it stated right on the back that refunds will be given back in the form you paid which would have been cash.Today my daughter went shopping with my husbands credit card to buy a pair of sweats. They approached her and told her she had to leave and couldn’t shop there. My daughter came to find us in the food court in tears not knowing what just happened. I went to the store and they said “security” said they couldn’t shop there but couldn’t tell me why. I was furious as a paying customer and then giving zero explanation. I got security involved and they said a friend my daughter was with had been in trouble with them back in June, it wasn’t my daughter. Security also said the store had no business approaching my daughter or kicking her out without explanation either. What the actual hell?? So you kicked out my daughter who’s a paying customer and someone who spends lots of money in their store and comes in often with no explanation then backtracks and says it wasn’t her that did anything yet they still kicked her out and embarrassed her? I’m so done with this store!! They are rude and none of those associates should be working with the public. I’ll be calling corporate Monday. We’ve never been treated so unfairly before in our lives.

I love this store! They always have some sort of bogo running and their clearance section is always pretty stocked. It’s kept clean, staff are very friendly and happy to be there, and they constantly have new items to look through. This location rocks!!!

store was poorly stocked and just wasn’t kept up with. employees were absolutely awful and so rude. i asked for a different size and i was met with a sigh and a guy begrudgingly going to look for me. seriously, if you’re looking to actually make sales, hire better people.

Consistently one of my favorite stores in every mall I visit. The Polaris Fashion Place location is no exception. I love the types of clothes they offer here, especially their men’s T-shirts. Although they can be a little expensive at times, if you really like the clothes, they can be worth it. There are also clearance racks in the back if you’re wanting to save some money.Tip: check online for any deals they might offer before visiting the store.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The staff is ran by unfriendly, cruel teens that seem bored out of their lives. They aren't helpful, they only greet the "attractive" customers and they glare at you instead of asking if you need any help. The girl at the cashier needs to be humbled because customers like me are the ones who are paying her, as well as the guys that work there..you aren't getting paid enough to have an attitude so let that big ego go.

management . I never take the time to review places but this place has forced me to. Don’t get me wrong, the associates are great. But that manager is horrible. Not sure of his name but everytime I go in he never fails to disappoint me. I spend a lot of money in his store and he never asks me for my phone number to get points on my account. He is rude and is always socializing with the other workers. I’ve had to stand and stare at him multiple times before he asks me if I need a dressing room or to help me check out. In fact he never even asks, he just walks over without talking to me at all. Needs to be fired at this point along with all the other reviews I’ve read. I will be reaching out to corporate to make a complaint.

Usually have no problem with this store but now they are the only store in the mall that REQUIRE you to wear a mask and not just recommended it. I don't have problems wearing masks, I just don't happen to personally own one. I get a single-use one at work everyday but have to throw it out after. So at PacSun I asked if they had masks to offer then and they said they don't give them out to customers... You shouldn't make masks mandatory if you can't even offer them to customers who don't have them, you're literally turning customers away at that point. The PacSun in Easton mall did not require this. And stores like Apple that did require masks, handed them out so you had one. The 2 guys had no care at all, they didn't even apologize for turning me away. Other reviews for this store also seem to mention 2 guys with horrible customer service so I'm not even surprised

Drove 20 mins, then waited 20 mins outside the door (limited number of people for corona virus) I was ignored since there is no actual "start line" and other people were let in before me though I was first standing in line. I bought a pair of shorts but they still have original tags on them. I bought them just before COVID-19 and didn't have receipt since I bought them 3-4 months ago. I then wait 25 mins in line. There were two guys working and one was mindlessly wondering around the store. He eventually said he could help me at register. He said he couldn't order the shorts online since they didn't have my size but his coworker could. I made it very clear that I wanted to evenly exchange them and he said it would be no problem. He asked me to get back in line and wait for his coworker so I did. 10 mins later his coworker helped me and said since I didn't have a receipt then I couldn't do an even exchange for the same exact shorts but in a bigger size. They had awful attitudes and were very rude. They told me I would have be pay full price. I asked him if that made sense and he said it did and it wasn't his fault I didn't have a receipt. Will never go here again. Horrible organization and customer service.

I get that PacSun is a California based store, but it's way overpriced. They sell Adidas sweatshirts for $74.99 that you can easily find on the actual Adidas website for a cheaper price.
