I don’t often leave reviews but I had to jump on to give the team here five stars. I have a package I drop off monthly and every single time I come in the two women working and consistently kind, warm and efficient. I was thinking about canceling the subscription I have which would mean no more returning packages. My first thought was, “No, I won’t see the team at PakMail anymore!”.
Thanks, ladies! Keep up the great work.

This place is amazing. They treat you like family. Always helpful. Offer a plethora of services. Always friendly when you go in. And proactive rather than reactive when it comes to the business.

Every time I go in they always remember my name. They are always quick to get my item(s) packed and shipped and I've never had a bad experience in the 50 times I've been there.

I live in Michigan and needed something to be picked up and shipped to me. They were absolutely amazing!!! Cannot rave enough, they picked it up, custom packed it and shipped it. They said it would be here Monday and it came three days early! Amazing packing skills 10/10

I was in a bind because my normal packing company was out of supplies. I asked them to pack 2 large very expensive items for me and I thought they would do well because they have a big sign saying we ship furniture. I really expected more from this place. First they did not use any bubble wrap at all. They threw my items in a box with some packing peanuts and said this is good enough. I took it to ups to get ready and ship it and asked them to check for me. The packing is insufficient for any kind of an insurance claim so if the items get damaged I'm just put thousands of dollars. I'm currently paying again to have these repacked the way they should've been done in the first place. Absolutely 0 attention to detail. Manager was rude and refused to pack the item with any bubble wrap. Advised me to file a claim with my bank and there was nothing else they can do. There is packing peanuts jammed in my product that could cause it to malfunction and I'm having to pay twice to have this packed. I would never step foot in this store they are careless

They had a boxer dog there with a leash on but just walking around and the dog jumped on me not just once, but twice. The store owner or attendant ? did nothing to control his dog. I do not recommend this Pak Mail, sad because it is so close to me.

This location crated up an eBay purchase for us. We called Pakmail since they were the closest to the seller we purchased from. Bring hundreds of miles away, communication from this PakMail was easy and efficient. They picked up our large and heavy item from the eBay seller. Andrew and his team packaged everything carefully and secured to a pallet, wrapped it all up to protect it from weather. Really nice job and we are very happy with the experience.

If you need to mail an item to Mexico do not use this place. He could not enter my information correctly because it was in Spanish.

Hours say open until 3p on Saturdays, but its 248p and the place us locked up and dark.

The staff and owners at Pak mail in Gahanna are just an amazing. After a few visits they remembered who I was and would pull me up when I walk in. I have a customer who has a PO Box there and they allow me to leave her order in it without charging me. Always courtesy staff keep me going there opposed to the post office.

Great location but theyre slow as malaise so if there’s 1 person expect 10-15 mins for a item or more...other than that normal shipping shop
