Came in from 30 minutes away for my daughters Bluey themed birthday racked up 200 dollars in supplies and was omw to check out. I purchased a 4 pack of Bluey themed foil balloons and the lady tells me it will be an hour wait... to blow up... 4 balloons. There were 3 ladies standing there talking in the helium station so I asked politely "I only have 4 balloons cant someone just blow them up really quick please?" "No we have other orders to do first". Okey dokey Ill take my business elsewhere lol

They have everything. The prices are a bit high but worth it if you need to find something specific. Staff was very busy stocking shelves and such. Not busy at all. Surprised me considering New Year's Eve is coming up in 2 days.

I visited 12/5, morning time. I needed some balloons blown of my own. There were two employees working the front. I can say Becky was very helpful and kind. One of three of the balloons broke, and Becky offered to replace it with another at no additional cost. I was devastated, no doubt about that, but I had a color scheme going, and it wouldn't match, so I declined. The other lady at the front was not attentive to her job and busted the one of three of my balloons. It's possible it happened because she was having a conversation to someone through her airpods? It's retail, I get it, but front of the line is an important job for customers to come back. I'll go back for Becky.

Today, I tried to return some Halloween costumes that did not fit. Unknowingly, I bought these without reviewing their return policy. For any holiday supplies, they do not let you return it within 7 days of the holiday. I get that it is hard to sell things close to the date, but I bought Halloween costumes that did not fit, spent 80 bucks, and only got store credit. I bought them 5 days before Halloween, so there was no hope for me. After I use up this stupid credit, I will never be shopping here again, that's for sure. The costumes I got on Amazon were better quality and returnable. Don't shop for holiday things here, or at all quite frankly. I'll change my review if someone can refund me to my card!

Not a clean place. Every aisle had product scattered throughout. The staff was unapproachable, overwhelmed, and unorganized as the line was 7-8 people long at the bloon station and they would not open up registers to help people check out. Management should be ashamed of the poor quality at this location. Just don’t go here ?♀️ (Edit: appears dissatisfaction has been going on for months according to reviews. Good to see a response from the owner but clearly no action is being taken)

Hours listed online don't match the store's posted hours at the door. I placed an order online and was allowed to select a 9am pick up time, but when I got to the store it was totally empty. No one even opening- and the sign on the door said they don't open until 10am. Super inconvenient for me as a customer- and you'd think this would be an easy thing to get right.

I rushed all the way from the East Side of Columbus to GET to this store thank goodness I did not place an order online and get it within 2 hours because when I arrived there was a big shift sign on the door saying they were closing at 5 sorry for the inconvenience why no c*** happens unfortunately when I walked in the person yells out we're closing in 30 minutes and when I asked about the product I come to buy that they said online they had 5 of she just points where there's one it says that's where they're at I search the entire store a gentleman then tried to help me but said that they wouldn't have them until tomorrow clearly no 1 wanted to go to the back to get them Somebody else walks in and she says we're closing in 20 minutes in reality it was about 25 minutes very rude disrespectful and clearly hate their job. Least i'd like to believe that versus them being not very friendly people again I understand c*** happens but you don't need to treat people as poorly as she did then you go down to Halloween city which is right down the way from there that advertisers that they have sung the people were much more friendlier but they of course do not have any don't shop this store go anywhere else but this store.

I rec'd an email stating my order was ready but decided it was best to call first. Of course when I called the girl I was speaking with was yelling across the foor to see if it was ready. Instead of asking for my order number I had to tell her what colors of the 12 balloons I had order and was put on hold. Another girl came on (still yelling/laughing loudly going on in the background) and asked for my order number then I was put on hold again. After several minutes she comes back on to tell me it's not ready yet. It would be a couple more hours. I went to the store several hours later to pick up my order and grab a few other items. I'm not sure what has happened to this store but it was FILTHY. There was trash in every aisle of the store and at the registers. All my life I've never seen a store so dirty. There was very little merchandise to choose from, half the shelves were empty. When we were checking out there was only 1 girl on register which was fine because there were no lines, until the register started giving issues. She said hold on and walked away. We never saw her again. We were left just standing there. Looking around for help a girl at the balloon station yells over she can help. Half my items were still behind the counter were the girl was scanning them. This store is definitely not what it used to be I and really can't see mysef going back. Amazon/Kroger for me. Oh, and the order was for 12 balloons (special sale), only got 10. Didn't realize this until I was home.

I went in yesterday to pick up some balloons and was told to wait fro 20 min after purchase for the balloons to be filled because "the other associate is in the back and I am watching her kid." Then I noticed a kid running around the store, putting his mouth all over balloons and then onto the helium spouts and then back into his mouth. After waiting upwards of 45 min with only two more customers in the store, I was given my balloon order only to walk out and one pop immediately when it hit the air because it was blown up so big. I had already waited so much that I didn't bother to go back inside - only to wake up this morning and see that my balloons were almost completely deflated. I am so disappointed with the service I received and the right thing to do here would be to receive a refund, but I don't have another hour and a half to go to the store again to wait for it. I will not be returning.

Went in there for one thing, found it easily and proceeded to stand by the register with 2 workers there staring at us like we were crazy. It was so strange. No one else was in line. They said nothing to us, just a simple “it will be just a moment” would have been cool. Weird vibe. I almost put the item back and walked out. I noticed on the receipt it states “Tell us how we did and get $5 off your next order.” I’ll give you the review but you can keep your 5 dollars because I won’t be returning.

I called another location to see if they carried something & they put me on hold to check. Said they didn't & just sold out. Drove 15 miles & they lied. They had them. 3 of them. Near the register where the phone was when I arrived. So, don't trust them to check.

Ruined my day! Your website states you have Western decor in stock. Drove from Pickerington to your store. Just for a rude teenager to advise they removed all the Western decor to make room for Halloween. Proceeded to check out to pay for ballon’s and was advised they could not add helium until 4:30pm!! Not to mention they had two cashiers at one register; makes no sense. When there was 5 people at the ballon station. Terrible experience!!

I went in for party plates and napkins which I was able to easily find. However, I then waited in a massive line at the check out as there was only one cashier. He wasn’t the only staff member in the store, in fact, I saw multiple staff members walking around, chit chatting instead of helping poor Reggie at the register. Shame on management for leaving Reggie to deal with a line of customers while they turned a blind eye.
