Im changing my posting. I just came back in and talk to the manager she was really nice and explain more things to me then they did in the 188 number. I am so grateful she explained things to me to where i understand. They are really amazing and nice here. I am really happy i switch to them. Sometimes that's all it takes is someone to explain things. Everyone was really nice and kind. Really different then it was the last time i came in. They even let me change my pin and passcode. I also found out that if your card is stolen like mine they way the fee this is amazing i would tell everyone

I contacted Pathways with questions regarding a 2nd mortgage. Miriam Kroeker, Branch Manager, contacted me within a couple of hours and got the process started. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help me. We got everything taken care of within about a week or so. I'd highly recommend Pathways Gahanna and Miriam!!

What's keeping me at Pathways is the rate on my vehicle. If I found a better rate some place else I'd move my accounts. Yes the people are nice but the system is just archaic (at no fault of the employees) but the different times my payments have been applied incorrectly is, and it's an issue and a hassle.

I don’t have time to type all the ways this credit union fails basic service in 2023, from tellers giving incorrect information to an antiquated atm, to having to contact customer service before 5pm to not being able to activate a credit card from the app. Or over the weekend because only the people who work 8-5 m-f can do this. And finally, the excessive verification of public information. I’m mostly happy with their banking services, but the way they do business really needs an overhaul.

Great experience with Pathways, specifically with Max Bennett from the Gahanna/New Albany branche. Although the company couldn’t offer me the searched for solution, he went above and beyond (and outside the box) to find a solution to our (refinance) questions! Very responsive to all questions and emails. Would definitely recommend him!
