I stopped eating here a long time ago because it was not very clean inside & it smelled funny. I refuse to eat here because every time I drive by on McNaughton I can smell the yucky grease???

I did an online order and they couldn't get it ready on time. Then when it was finally done they just let it sit instead of handing it to me while I stood there waiting. Too busy with the Football game to deal with customers, but that is just the beginning.Go to Charley's Cheesesteaks just down the road. Much nicer people.!Update! 1/29/24. Do you see the response from Penn? I did that. NOTHING. Their system is sooooo bad i don't know if it took my input. So I did it twice. Not a peep from them. Go Charley's Cheesesteaks!

Ordered for pick up then went to get it 15mins later and wait another 25mins for them to still not make my food and had to ask to be refunded and go somewhere else to get lunch with only 20mins left to get it and go back to work.

Let’s start with the website. Man it was like a trip back to 1999 trying to see the menu and place an order. Nothing worked and the site spun for what seemed forever before even seeing just a menu.This was the first time we have been here and the food was just blah. They multi grain bun did not have much flavor and the amount of meat when compared to other sub shops selling a cheesesteak was very poor.We had to wait on fries to be made and by the time we walked from the door to the car they were lukewarm. So why we had to wait on fries made no sense.The staff was friendly and that was the only plus about this pace.This will also be our last trip to a Penn Station.

I have notice a decline in the atmosphere there. A few times the owner was rude to her workers. Always on the persnal calls, and always seems to be in a bad mood. I tried again this time. Hardly any meat on it, one didn't have the cheese. Ill be going somewhere else.

Had steak and cheese with onions, banana peppers and mushrooms. Came out without the mushrooms and banana peppers which is crazy as it's printed in extremely large font on the ticket that comes out with the sandwich. They quickly grilled up the missing items so I could add to my sub. The taste was VERY good but I was slightly disappointed by the sparing amount of meat on the sub. Again....the taste was great but wasn't made properly the 1st time and was a little short on the meat

Waited patiently to be assisted as there was only one worker by the name of Jeff.As I'm placing order I could tell he already was irratated and had an attitude.One of the things I ordered was a half gallon of lemonade it rung up the incorrect price. So I mentioned about the price being wrong he said “oh it sure is, i can't change the price so….do you want the half gallon or not?” umm… nasty and rude… and when I start to ask him….” Okay what the protocol for when a price is wrong… “ he gone catch another attitude and walk away as I'm talking to him… and then comes back like “do you want it or not?! What you decide?” very unprofessional and very rude. I understand being the only worker and being overwhelmed, but that right there is rude and horrible customer service.Yall need to train your workers to have better customer service and stress management. Or just hire people who can handle and work under pressure. If you can't handle the heat then stay out the kitchen, baby! Period!
