This isn't my favorite Penn station location but it will do in a quick pinch. The guy there was a delight and really made my day but the food was a B+ overall. I like my sandwiches stuffed and my Philly was underwhelming to say the least. More bread than meat but it was seasoned well so that saved the day. All n all 80/100. If you want a Penn station that packs your sandwich AND seasons your meat and fries, go to the one in Grandview. West 3rd I believe? Best I've been too by far!

Today was my 1st time in any Penn Station, and I had a brief but wonder experience. The staff was very patient with me and helped me decide what to get. The staff was extremely nice and gave me exceptional service with a smile. I left the store and came back in to let the staff know that they done a wonderful job. Unfortunately we live in a time where people treat customer service as a after thought, this Penn Station staff didn't get that memo!

On June 23rd, I tried to place an online order for the 9pm. It flipped it and actually placed the order for Sat at 11 am. I assume this was a glitch. I called because I work in the morning. The night lead sounded unconcerned and said that since it was online, there was nothing she could. It needed to come through their system in the morning. Asked if she could take my name and number to have someone call me in the morning, and she reluctantly took my name and number.No one called. So, Saturday evening, I popped in after work and was greated happily by that days lead and was informed that he did not receive my info from the night before. I asked for a void, and he said there was nothing he could do and smiled at me. So, at this point, two things should have happened: (1) void of sale and refund of money or (2) fulfill the morning order. Neither happened. At that point, I was done. I asked who could fix it, and he said the regional manager and continued to stare at me, smiling. I had to ask him to take my name and number.Monday, I called, and I'm assured that I will be refunded in the afternoon after service had died down. I am still waiting and it has been two weeks.The attempt to resolve the issue was nill, and I'm stunned that no one working there is capable of doing a void. How does that happen? Secondly, if they are unable to void, but they really should be able to, how is it that I am still waiting for a simple transaction to take place.I actually love Penn Station, but the attention to customers is lacking. There isn't a way to reverse an order online, and apparently, staff lack the capability also. So, what is a customer to do? I received neither the order nor my money back.

Location is clean and inviting but my order is always wrong. The last 3 times I have visited this location and bought food, it has been incorrect. After spending $40 on food I will definitely be visiting this location for a refund tomorrow.Vegetarian options: A lot of options for picky eatersKid-friendliness: Inviting and a lot of options for picky eaters.Parking: Plenty of parking

This was our first visit to any of your locations and it was prompted by a "Valu Pak" coupon we received in the mail offering a BOGO for a small sub. The store was pretty busy upon arrival, but "NeNe" (who greeted us, took our order, took payment, and handed our grub to us) was calm, friendly, and confident. She needed to get support from a fellow teammate, acknowledging that she was rather new at her job. Our order took longer than normal to prepare as two employees apologized to us for the wait. (Honestly...no big deal.) When our food was friendly, NeNe again apologized, smiled, and offered us a small fry and two lemonades for our wait. (Again, no big deal.) When we returned home and dug into the food, we were both extremely happy with the product. It was great! My main reason for writing is to compliment NeNe who was absolutely terrific. With her friendliness, smile, and enthusiasm, she could easily be a waitress or hostess at a high-end restaurant. We will return!

The manager there was super friendly!! I actually wanted to buy everything he was selling! He has a great personality! My food was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly as well!!

why does the person taking the order have to press 1400 buttons to take an order? and the people in the back yelling at the kid pressing all the buttons . kinda weird and slow process. foods ok
