They switched my appointment from 9 am to after noon without telling me, so I left . Got the appointment a week ahead too for a 1.2k repair.

Great service, but the technician did not top off my fluids meaning no windshield wiper fluid, antifreeze or power steering fluid.

Had a used car inspection and was told car needed brakes and tires replaced and possible oil leak. Was not advised of any issues with transmission. Purchased car and, on the way back to take it to get brakes replaced and have a clean and dye test, transmission went out. When asked why no mention of possible transmission issue, they said they don't check transmissions. What's the point of the car inspection!!??? 🚗

Made an appointment over the phone; the guy on the other end forgot to order the new tire and they weren’t ready when I came in for it. Service was quick and quality the following day, but driving around on my dinky spare until then was hardly comforting!

Had a bad experience. Though I booked my appointment I was not honored and asked me to come back the next day. Went the next day with appointment still made me wait for 3 hours and service was not done. Also, not professional with customers.

I got my car towed in here two times for the same reason I payed almost $800 dollars to fix my car just for me to take my car somewhere and be to be told that the same problem is wrong is what’s wrong with the car so I had to pay extra $360 to get it fix and back running don’t come here they will do nothing but make excuses

I'm currently at the Morse road location, and although hidden, it is a jewel mine
. I am motor head, with high anxiety. I discovered I could lose my job within days and as I was sent the angel, Paul, who assist me in every effort to get on the road to safe. Please visit this location as it is near a auto store and car wash,, which is my dream self car date. Thank you Donny for sticking around to install my tires, while I made final decision, which took forever.
