Everyone here is just too kind, ready to share a smile and make your visit worth it. From the professional at the cashier to the workers at the grooming station, everyone was just great. The service I used (grooming) was just the best I've had for my dog so far.

Went there to buy some ghost shrimp and there was just a tank of dead ones. The snails in there with them didn't look great either. I will go elsewhere for my tank pets.

This pet store has everything you need and don't need. I can never find stuff for my chinchilla at the store on N High street but this one always has stuff.

Groomers are always friendly and understanding. For dog food options, this the place to go. The harness and leash selection is sub par, but works in a pinch. Got a Kong harness for my Corgi. Works forwards, but slips off backwards. (He's figured out to turn around to get loose!)

They have everything at this location. I personally love all the seasonal collars and dog clothes, antler selection and leashes/training tools

This location really lucked out to have Sam and his pupper. Caring, knowledgeable, and just all around wonderful. I will go out of my way to come to this store now. They made a lackluster experience in to memorable

This store is ok. The company is terrible to work with though, so ok is above average for the company. I bought some dog toys on b3g2 free sale, and I bought the kids toy to donate to the children's hospital (not on sale). For some reason, it rang up as part of the sale. The $3.50 toy increased my bill by $5.50. Thanks... They need to understand their system better and not make obvious mistakes like this. Overall, it's not the best store in a company that sucks to work with.

Clean Store, however, low stock in reptiles and betta fish. Went there to get doggie diapers and had a wait in line for about 8 mins as only 1 cashier was working, and another associate was helping someone about a small animal. Low stock in dog XL diapers, but I was happy we got the last one on the shelf but wanted a couple of packs. We will continue continue to venture through when we need something.
