The staff is very friendly. They sent me pictures of my puppy on the first day, and kept me aware of certain issues pertaining to my pup. Changing things out if need be so he could still get to play and socialize with other puppies/dogs.

We had an emergency grooming need which they accommodated and got us in immediately upon opening. They took care of the issue and we beyond pleasant and kind along the way. Our dog was well taken care of and problem solved. Would 100% recommend this location and we are shifting our dog services needs to PetSuites Gahanna.... read full comment
