Great Service. Working with Dillon for Pick up and Delivery was seamless. He is intelligent, professional, friendly and patient. Such great customer service. We had a blanket cleaned there and it came back beautiful, clean and neatly arranged in a great blanket display case. No matter what the name of this place whether it be Pierce or Columbus Cleaning, it is wonderful!

I love Pierce! My family were customers for the past 50 years. I continued to drive 25 minutes to use pierce as well as use pick up and delivery on occasion.
Since they closed the location and joined columbus dry cleaners I have been really disappointed! The personal service isn’t there. The new location is not the same. The counter staff made me feel like a number not a lifelong customer. Just disappointing. Time to move on.

Communication is excellent. The service let's you know which day your items will be delivered and a confirmation when delivered. The service let's you know when it will be in your area for pickup and you can respond if you have items.

The process was quick and easy. The driver picked up my coats at my door and dropped them off once the dry cleaning is done. There will also be a tracking link for you for view real-time progress. I will definitely use this dry cleaning service again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you are a bride please do NOT take your gown to be cleaned by them. I took my gown to them less than a week after the wedding. I was notified my gown was cleaned in less than 24 hours which was impossible because of the train needing the attention and detail that would take a couple of weeks at least. They said they send gowns to a special company that specializes in lace and leather. That did not occur. They sent my gown to Caskys their sister company. I asked for the gown to be properly cleaned so they cleaned it again in house so still not properly cleaned. It was sent to Caskys yet again. A manager was in the store and said she will take my down to the leather and lace store herself to make sure it is cleaned yet at that time I still had to pay for the two botched cleaning. After weeks of not hearing from anyone, I contacted the Bart Cleaner location since this location was temporarily closed due to heating issues. When I contacted Bart Cleaners my dress was ready for pick up yet I was never notified. When I picked up my gown, it was still not to my satisfaction. If my gown was properly cleaned the first time, those stains after weeks would not have been so set in and beyond cleaning. Make sure you look because most cleaners that specialize in wedding gowns are all associated with Bart, Pierce, and Casey. I’m heartbroken and I will be contacting management to discuss not only a refund but how this will be resolved to my satisfaction. To ensure you have the correct name, my account at Pierce was under my married name, Angie Ball.

First time customer and very pleased! Took my wedding suit to be cleaned after my wedding so that it would stay in good condition stored. They got a huge stain out of my white shirt and a stain out of my pants. Very happy with the service!
