This was the location on main in bexley. Service was slow and horrible. They see you there and don't speak. They come and tend to you when they are ready. They couldn't find the food at first. Finally food it and it was just warm, not hot. I was sad for this experience.Parking: The parking lot is weird. There's only a few spaces on the side, and the rest of the parking is in the back.Kid-friendliness: Of course, all kids live pizza and additions.

I ordered my pizza online at 10:00 in hopes that I would have it by 10:30 since I had to be at work by 11:00 I get there at 10:25 giving them an additional 5 minutes to have my pizza ready in boxed up but of course not no one's working the counter two people in the back trying to get the orders together and the third guy that I had no clue was even there stroll then out the parking lot and appeared to be looking in everybody's box but hadn't worst a hand then one of the pizza makers and the boy who came in from the parking lot gets into a big argument and so then the manager cusses both of them out and I'm still waiting on my pizza then I get to the car with my pizza and the manager comes running out to open up my box because he thought that he had given me somebody else's Pizza it just was unbelievable I have not ventured into a Pizza Hut until last week for about a good 15-20 years I found the deal online and ordered online last weekend and the pizza was pretty good and so I decided I was going to take a yet another shot and I understood why I left in the first place and this will definitely be my last adventure to Pizza Hut and the crazy part is is that I work for Pizza Hut some years ago and they were ran efficiently they were clean they were on top of things I don't know what has happened but clearly it's not what it used to be don't waste your money and don't waste your time made the mistake of going back I pull into the parking lot the manager is out front smoking a cigarette comes right into the building doesn't wash your hands doesn't put on gloves go straight for my food after she got smart with me while she was trying to ring me up I get home with the pizza the pizza isn't even fully cut so every piece you try to pull apart is pulling other pieces apart the toppings are sliding off of the pizza just piss poor service they don't care they just taking people's money the restaurant is ran down and nasty and dirty inside it just look old and wore out I don't know why it's still open and I don't know why I kept going back but it's over

Terrible, overcooked, dry pizza, even asked for extra sauce. I don't think I got it, but it was so overcooked it could have evaporated. Not the buttery crust I remember on the pan either. I think Pizza Hut has reached its end.

I ordered a pizza online through the Pizza Hut app got there in the store was closed, no one was available to answer the calls, Pizza Hut Corporate doesn't have a line to reach out to until 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.

Terrifying service. Made a pickup order and they closed a whole hour early. Never got my order even though I paid online. Called and never got through. Thieves. Would give a zero if I could.Never order from here.

This is the worst pizza hut in the city. I ordered delivery on a Thursday evening and the drivers brought me a complete different order, they brought me someone’s carry out order! When you can’t reach the store they transfer you to their call center who tells you they can’t help you. You can’t get in touch with anyone from the store because they either don’t answer or they pick up the phone then hang up. So since I couldn’t get in touch with anyone I had to drive to the store, thankfully I have a vehicle. When I got to the store they were no help. All I asked for was a refund on my delivery fee since I was inconvenienced and had to drive myself to the store for my order. they wouldn’t refund me they told me a manager wasn’t in and I had to wait for the GM to get in on Monday. Monday gets here and of course again I can’t get in touch with anyone. No one is answering the phone, or I’m getting hung up on. The customer service at this location is garbage and they need to fire everyone and hire people who actually care about their job because this is the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life when none of this is my fault

I wish I could give it negative stars, cause this order was the worst in a while…I ordered only two personal pizzas and cinnamon sticks. It was too many mushrooms on both, the food had a weird smell to it, with the biggest part being our stomachs in crippling pain two days later. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

RON is the ABSOLUTE BEST of all time! Such professionalism and genuine attention to consumers. All faith was lost in this location until we ran into RON. We spent over $56 and our food was A1 quality. Pizzas pippin hot and flavorful in addition to to our bread sticks and sweet treat cinnamon treats. Please uplift RON he is in charge and handling the load exclusively and doing a superb job. I DO NOT give positive reviews often so this man deserves a standing ovation. Give him a raise NOW!
