My bank account was charged for two memberships for 6 years and I only recently discovered this. When I contacted my branch in Chillicothe they did a great job searching into it. However when I called this branch after finding out they have been charging me for 6 years I was met with horrible customer service. Nathan informed me that I had not been there since 2019 and my card was being charged for two memberships. He then told me I would need to either come into the branch or write a letter in order to cancel. Then he told me there was no way I could get a refund for the 6 years ($1710 just in monthly fees) of double charging. I’m deeply disappointed in Planet Fitness and their customer service practices.

Very reasonable rates and clean. Usually not too busy. Just needs more free weights.

After having an issue with billing for nearly 3 years after closing my account. A manager who told me he would “look into it” & I never heard from him so I called, Only to have another employee laugh and refuse the name of a higher manager. Absolutely NO customer service or resolve offered….. Support your smaller local gym this gym does not care!!!! Total racket.

Had the best customer service exiperence with an employee named Nathan i believe. Gave me all the info i needed and more to fix a membership issue i had. Professional, courteous, and very respectful. Was considering cancelling my membership but Nathan put all my concerns to rest.

Might be a good gym but I’ll never find out, the guy behind the counter was extremely rude when asked a few simple questions. Hire better people or re-train your staff.

This location has a young manager named Ashton who does not know how to handle himself. We switched my son’s account from a high school account to a Classic account. I had to come to the store when we did this and sign a waiver. Now after 2 months of my son working out they say that I do not have a waiver on file and they told my son he couldn’t work out. When i called Ashton he did not know what happened to the signed copy that i already signed so they said he could workout without me coming back to the facility. He is too young to be a manager and has no sense of customer service.

This location is absolutely disgusting. Dirty equipment, restrooms and floors. I wouldn’t dare use the hydro beds here. The employees are extremely rude. I have the black card and happened to stop here after work one night and was so disgusted with the atmosphere I had to leave after 20 minutes. Upon walking in, the two workers glare at you and don’t say a word. I brought my husband in as my black card guest and when I scanned his key card in before mine I was instructed to do it twice even though it’s tied to my account. I had no problem doing this, but it was the way she asked.

I had been a member here for 3.5 years. Brian the trainer was very rude and cold shouldered initially when I wanted to have a chat. The location is crowded and going down hill in friendliness and cleanliness. I let the manager know of the issue.

Probably the most unprofessional people you'll ever meet at a front desk of a gym, if you like people who are unclear and talk down to you, you can go to this gym. Thanks for living up to the planet fitness standard

First time going to this location, wanted to use the massage bed but don’t know where it is. The girl was super helpful and that’s the reason I did not give one star. However , she had to take an urgent customer phone call so I was standing there waiting for her to show me the massage bed. Then, the guy next to her came to me and asked why I was standing there.The way he asked was definitely not trying to help but more like questioning. I told him I was waiting for the massage bed and then he used an extremely rude tone asking me “why you just stand there if you need the massage bed? Why don’t you just go use the bed ?” The girl got off the phone at that moment and then he complained to the girl that he doesn’t understand what I’m waiting on, like I annoyed him so much by just standing there. The girl immediately told him because I don’t know where the bed is and she then apologized to me.Maybe he had a bad day that day but I’m definitely not going back to this location ever again. Not a pleasant experience for sure .

I don't understand the tootsie roles, pizza, or why purple is all over everything. Honestly speaking, the equipment and cost are pretty good functionality speaking; these are the things I try to focus on. I like the gym overall, and I think it's a decent option for people less than pro levels.PS: A little more gender neutral and maybe some healthy options with the already available pizza/candy would be decent. Protein pancakes or protein chips, make it make sense please ?

Think of it like the mob easy to get in but you have to pay to get out. Hidden annual fee of 86$... Good selling point though only 20$ a month! Id give 5 out 5 stars on their con game

What I like about the plant fitness is that there are some locations open 24 hours, and they do have several locations within the city. And definitely the massage chairs and the fitness equipments are always clean.
