My first time here, both automatic bays NOT working .. I don’t have a problem washing my car however all the nails and screws is ridiculous! Will not come back! Hopefully my new tires didn’t pick up any… very disappointed!

This place is running an unethical business, and committing fraud. When you swipe your card, it puts an authorization on your card for $15. They tell you this and it should come as no surprise. However , If you stop the car wash prior to that it is supposed to adjust the amount that you are billed. This car wash does not do this. They charge you the full $15 no matter how much time you use. I went a couple weeks ago and had this happen and then just had it happen again. Please look at the picture you’ll see here. We are well over a week later and no adjustments have been made. In every single instance I stopped the car wash prior to the full $15. In one case it was nine something, in another case I was at 12, but in no cases did I use the entire amount. But as of today, I’m still being charged the full amount. There’s no phone number for the business listed. I’ve been by several times and no one there at the location. I have no recourse but to stop the charge, and take to the Internet. To the owners if you see this, give me a way to get a hold of you And we can discuss this together.

04/12/2025 - Dryer is okay. Does not really dry well the rear of the vehicle. Decent prices. Nice auto wash space is painted to complement its service. No issues for me with the card machine. The card machine will hold a 10.00 charge but will post to the service you pay for. I have only seen one worker there assisting guests and their vehicles into the automatic washes. He did not greet me. Good luck with your experience.
03/09/2025 - First time visiting Platinum Auto Wash and I was impressed with their cleaning equipment. You have the option of manual wash or automatic wash. I prefer the automatic power wash (hydro spray)and that no object is touching your vehicle (brushless). If using the automatic wash, must fold mirrors. I selected the Economy option. Nice settings within the automatic wash from pre-soaks and to spot free. Washing under carriage is an option. Drying the vehicle is ok.

I wash my car and the machine she just scratched my car. I called the number. Nobody answer and I want someone to help me walk over there. If you see my message and guys be careful when you go wash your car. And it’s no customer service over here.

$12 stopped working at prewash, stopped moving and just kept spraying prewash. Pull out, pull into the one next to it, paid $12, and stopped working also. The arm stopped directly in front of my car. Had to open my door and ask the guy behind me to backup so i could back out.

This place will steal your money, they charged me $10 for a $5 wash, then charged me $10 again for a $8 was. Do not use!!

I spent $12 and proceeded into the car wash as directed, the car wash “pre soaked” the front of my car for 10-15 mins and stopped. It just kept doing it over and over, never going to the middle/rear of my car or switching to wash. I had to back out and pay again elsewhere.

Tried paying with my card, multiple times. Kept getting declined when I have more than enough money in my bank account with nothing in it.

Stppped in for a quick DIY wash with high pressure soap and rinse to clear the salt from my vehicle. Everything worked properly. However, the foaming brush appeared to be frozen due to the unusually cold temperatures. I didn't plan to use it anyway.
