Ask questions , these people are not honest and don't communicate with you about check cashing fees the board says one amount but they charged me 30.00 to cash a check don't go here !!!! The staff is rude

Absolutely horrible customer service. My husband comes here to cash his checks and there are issues almost every time. There have been multiple times that they have cashed the check(s) without having the full amount available and ask him to come back another day to get the rest. This has happened at least twice now, first time he received the missing money but this last time has been a MONTH and they still have not given him his money. He calls daily and is given the run around that the manager is not in and therefore cannot give him the money he is owed. Not sure if this is just the company being shady or an employee just stealing money, but this issue will be reported if not resolved soon.
