New store manager communication is poor , he doesn't know how to talk to his customers in a respectful manor. You can't even understand what he saying I will call ice to come pick him up. He turned down my check waited an hour in line to come to the window and not be helped the appropriate way. Was being loud with me, all the other customers felt like this wasn't the place of business and started walking out never will approach this store again first and last experience and I do believe his name is Greson

Why have a 1-800 number all they do is tell you to go to the store. Then the store gives you a run around and tells you to call 1-800 number to be told to go to the store. Annoying as hell

A joke. This lady said because my check was endorsed already due to the fact i thought about doing a digital deposit at home i had to wait 24 hours. Doesnt even make logical sense! I was going to do it but then decided not due to the length of time it would take to clear. She kept saying you have to wait 24 hours because you tried digital deposit. I didnt try it i was going to until i read the clearance time. This woman literally wouldnt cash my check because i THOUGHT about cashing it another way. I've seen this place cash checks on expired Identification before so commiting a fraud crime is okay for others but won't cash my check because I signed it at home and had a thought.

Rianna at the S Hamilton and Livingston Ave location was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly! Luckily I pay my rent with money orders and there was a major discrepancy with my landlord. She was able to locate my money orders in their system and print them solving the issue. Very thankful PLS!
