Patrick @ this location needs some customer service classes! He actually looked at my account and inquired about a recent hospital visit! Patrick, you're very rude & you have no business asking people why they were seen in a hospital! That sir is NONE OF YOUR PNC BUSINESS! Have the day you deserve!I'm only rating this location! After calling the customer service line, I received immediate help & a resolution to my funds that I needed!!

Cashless. Im here from out of town. Wasted time driving here. Don't come here looking for a teller. Completely useless. I'll be leaving pnc over this.

I’ve been a loyal customer of PNC for over 7 years. I do not have a history of bouncing checks or any type of insufficient funds with either of my accounts. Recently I was wrongfully charged a $36 insufficient fund fee. Every time I called customer service I was put on hold a minimum of 30-45 minutes! I was promised the funds would be back in my account within 12 hrs, but it never happened. Instead I was told 24 hrs later that they couldn’t help me. Again, it was a clear mistake on their part, but they flat out refused to help! I will absolutely be closing my accounts ASAP and reporting the situation to the proper authority’s immediately! Seriously, if this type of situation can happen to me, it definitely could happen to you too!

Stopped in to this branch close my account and get a cashier’s check to take to my new bank. After waiting 45 minutes, I’m told this is a “cashless” branch and can’t even issue a cashier’s check. Good place to get help for account related issues like logins and new cards, but is otherwise useless for actual banking.

No bank tellers. I had a check that could not be deposited via ATM so this place is useless.

Not a real branch you can not make deposits here there are no tellers. I had a banker come tell me she couldn't deposit a check in my account.

Just trying to get to the Safe Deposit boxctakes an act of God. Constantly understaffed, or staff seems to just not care.
