I called inquiring notary services and was told I could come in to get my document notarized. The employee asked when I could come in and was fine with 15 mins. Entering the bank, I realized there are no longer any in-person tellers, just a video ATM and 3 employees working in the back where the desks are. The two who greeted me were very polite (which is the only reason I'm giving more than 1 star) but said there was only one person who could notarize but she was with another client. After waiting for a ridiculous amount of time, I decided to go to another branch. Disappointing that even though I had an appointment, I had to wait so long. I've been a PNC customer for years but after today, plus the fact that this branch has no tellers, might as well switch to an online bank that offers more benefits or another brick & mortar bank where services can actually be utilized in-person if needed.

Worst employee+manager ever can be found in a business that supposed to be serving customers of all kinds and all sorts of races not to pick if you want to do your job or not that pnc bank on main st has hours of operation till 6PM I am actual customer for pnc bank for over 7 years now•••I visited the Main Street branch last week they wasted my time and they didn’t do their jobs properly i basically didn’t get done what i went there to do because they said it’s 5:40PM and we close at 6:00pm we can’t help you,,,so come back on Monday if you still want service. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO RESPECT FOR THIER CUSTOMERS ??♂️maybe am not the race they prefer to serve •I Am closing my bank account with PNC bank tomorrow.I would love to know what i did to deserve that type of service from a bank that i spend my hard earned money into ?!??!!!what a shame seriously I don’t suggest anyone to do business with PNC banks at all•

This bank doesn’t even have tellers. So if you want to deal with an atm with a screen and a person working remote this is your spot. Won’t be returning as when it comes to my money and services I want someone in front of me, not a glorified ATM that can’t process all of my banking needs.Edit: there were also 4 bank employees in there all huddled to one desk just hanging out. And for each person that walks in they just advise to use the 1…. Yes 1 teller atm that takes 20 mins for each person to use either because of hearing problems, language barrier, or just general screw ups.

Got rid of all the tellers to replace it with one ATM, which when you get to it after waiting in line, you have wait again for the virtual teller… Usually only one banker who you have to wait a while for behind a queue of people.

Been with PNC since it was called National City. I've had a credit card with them for over 5 years and a $10,000 limit that is strictly only for emergencies. I've used it twice. PNC totally canceled my card with no warning and NO LETTER in the mail. Their reason is because it's been 12 months since I last used it. I've only used it twice in 5 years, it's an emergency card. They never tried to close it due to 12 months of inactivity before. It was nice to have that card incase of an expensive emergency but they cancelled it with no warning. I'll be cancelling the rest of my accounts here and moving them to a bank that always keeps my emergency credit account active.

Awful. This location only has a “virtual teller” which makes for confusion, long lines, and frustrated customers.

This branch initiated a closure on my business bank account and couldn't figure out why. I had to call customer service to learn that it was initiated at the branch. The manager couldn't find a reason but speculated it was due to missing documentation... but what was needed wasn't noted on the account and the notices were repeatedly mailed to the wrong address. My messages and calls went unanswered for days, and when I would checkin in the lobby, no one would assist and I was left waiting for nearly four hours before I left. So now they've lost both my business and personal accounts.

Horrible customer service inside the bank. Only one of the tellers is nice and I cant remember her name. She is an older lady who usually does the business banking on the far right of where the tellers are. I took my money to another bank years ago but my mom does her banking here. I was helping my mom with her banking one day and even though they know her, know she has had a stroke and cannot walk long distance, they made her come in the bank. I found out later from the district manager that someone could have and should have went out to the car to serve her and no they would not let us take care of it in the drive thru. I havent been in there in awhile but the last time I was there, the manager was a conceited woman with short blond hair and she was showing a large tattoo on her back. Her shirt was low cut and recealing in the front and back. Not a very professional appearance in my opinion. Looked like she should be in a bar instead of managing a bank. The other person who was in charge when she was not there was a short little foreign man who could barely speak English. He yelled at my elderly mom because she couldnt understand what he was saying to her. They do not care about their customers, at least management didnt. They acted like they (management and a couple employees) were better than the customers. If you dont like the neighborhood you work in...go elsewhere especially when there are other bank branches to work at!
