I have 5 banking relationships and never have I experienced such poor service. Long wait to work with a teller, the branch won't answer their phone so you can make an appointment in person and when you do get someone they are rude and unhelpful.

I scheduled an appointment online . I arrived there on time I waited an hour then someone came out and said I would have to reschedule it because the bankers left for the day . Worst service i have ever experienced in my life.

I’ve been going to this bank since 2008 and its normally my favorite pnc to use. I have NEVER felt more alienated and unsafe than my last visit. It is owed entirely to ONE employee who took it upon himself to make me feel as though I was being put under investigation for simply trying to get a card replacement. The condescending attitude, aggressive line of questioning, and deeply unprofessional atmosphere created by this man is utterly unacceptable.
As someone whose done plenty of customer service I usually excuse when an employee is disgruntled, because things are hard these days and customer service takes its toll on you, but this was too far. It’s a bummer. Enter with caution or avoid this branch.

I found this particular branch to be extremely awful, all due to one employee, who spoke very demeaning and rude as if as I wasn't important as a customer and I watched him speak to other people of the same culture as myself the same way like our business was not of importance to that bank or let's say of importance to him. I felt belittled and discriminated against with the transaction and the person that the bank had put in place to help me, and this would not be the first time that this has happened with this particular person

On top of long extremely slow lines, they don't cash checks for non customers over $1000 because they don't know the difference between real checks and fake checks.

Why would yall have me on hold for over 15 minutes without even having the decency to pick up the phone and ask if I’m okay with an extended hold? I see why yall have 2 stars, it should be one

F.G. [ Branch Banker Sr:( ] is not qualified for this location, I could get past the thousand wrinkles in his dingy shirt and the dirty finger nails. But Sir, you can't have all that going on and a stank personality. F.G. is not culturally diverse enough for the community this location serves.REPLACE F.G. with 2 J's! J has amazing customer service and makes your experience clear, fast and appreciated.

Slow every single day. It shouldn't take 30 mins to make a deposit. I've tried going in and the drive thru. Both super slow!!

Super bad service and horrible customer service I walked in to this branch at 5:30pm and wanted to do a currency exchange then after 10 minutes to tell me what was the rate they come to say we can’t do it right now because it’s a process so come back tomorrow !!!! Horrible bank to bank with business or personal they try to keep your money and give you these policies quotes so they can keep your money in their bottom line. The worst costumer service ever go to CHASE BANK they are better they don’t charge you overdraft fees or anything like that the branch reps can and will help you with anything

Ridiculous wait time to speak with a banker. Lack of sign-in sheet makes for a chaotic wait during which less scrupulous customers will say whatever is necessary to inch up in line.
