First time TTC here. The hubby and I decided to stop in to look at strollers (Nuna and the doona) in person since we’ve started researching baby gear. Kim approached us and helped answer all of our questions. We literally don’t know what we’re doing but she was so sweet and nice and explained a lot. Very thankful for her advice. When we have our confirmed pregnancy we will be sure to come here again ❤️

Wonderful experience shopping at PB Kids at Polaris! We worked with Kim and Jill who helped us feel comfortable and confident in our purchases and decision making. It seems like the maternity world has all moved online and I spent days searching mg stores for glider chairs I could actually sit in and crib displays so I could feel the quality. PB Kids answered all of these needs. I hope we can keep stores like this around because as a new mom I need to see things in person and have helpful associates guide me to the right things.

I really wish this store would sell extra large book bags. I feel like the quality of the book bags have gone down over the years. The new teen book bags are now the size of the old kids extra large book bags. Everyone was very nice in the store.

Jill and her team are just amazing & helpful. I intentionally do any ordering personally in store because it’s always such a great experience plus they will add fun design advice when needed! Love this shopping experience! Also, a special shoutout to Joelle and Kim for always being so helpful too!

We took an item to this store that was received as a gift but came with errors and damage. We didn’t want the gifter to know about the issue and they handled it nicely, reordering the correct item and taking my email for the correspondence about it. The replacement order was placed before we left the store… well it never arrived and I called customer service to check on it because I also never received an email. Turns out it was back ordered canceled and refunded to the grifters card. So.. no gifted item, they are in fact aware, and customer service says yep oops and there’s nothing we can do. Triple loss.

Michelle was super friendly and took the time to explain as much as she could about the bunk bed options they have. She was patient and offered lots of tips about what could work for our 5 year olds room. Highly recommend asking for her if you're in the market for items for your kids room.

We bought the convertible crib and toddler bed when our child was born. The directions were terrible and not all the hardware was provided. The customer service was terrible and they wouldn’t provide the missing hardware. Definitely not worth the premium.
Update, it’s even worse than I thought. After finally finding the hardware I needed I discovered the conversion kit was broken out of the box and the stores installers had put the crib together wrong to begin with.
If I could find a way to give negative stars I would.

Jill, the store manager, was beyond helpful, kind, and incredibly competent. She's a fine reflection on Potterybarn. Her knowledge helped my daughter and I to get the most amazing nurseries ever. We have driven over 125 miles each way just to shop that store on 2 occasions so far. Absolutely incredible products in a gorgeous store that's stocked with so many choices. Worth every mile. Worth every dollar!

Currently setting up a nursery and the store manager, Dena, has been nothing short of amazing for helping me order furniture. All other workers I interacted with in store when I was only browsing were always so friendly and helpful as well. Great experience, would come again and again. I got everything delivered (nursing chair, crib, changing table, mattress) all within 2 weeks of ordering.

I had great experiences at this store! They had Nuna infant car seats on display and some strollers. Staff is super helpful to provide informations. We went back again to try the nursery chairs and again excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed at this store.

I’ve never actually written a Google review before. Two of my Elementary school girls got brand new, monogrammed @potterybarnkids book bags to start the year. Within 3 months of seriously light use, the stitching has come unraveled so bad that their water bottles were falling completely out of the bookbags! I tried to call and resolve the issue but #mypotterybarn told me they won’t do anything about the quality after 30 days. Pottery barn has become a discount retailer at premium pricing. Although I had never previously left a review, I feel compelled to warn you that the quality we may have had in the past is no longer…it is just overpriced. I advise you to look elsewhere…like LLBean.
