  I have used this location twice and both times were a breeze! Customer Service is superb BUT I prefer in-person customer service. I just closed out my unit with Brittney and Kathy. Thank you to the both of them as well as to Public Storage! See y'all next year!

  Help the buddy move into a unit there today. We were greeted by a very pleasant lady named Mandy. My buddy had an online reservation, he brought his own lock for the unit, and Mandy was very accommodating when it came to the lock deposit.
  
  The office was clean, and well lit. It is a bit small, it could be challenging to fit more than three adults in there. The grounds look very clean and well maintained, as well as the units themselves.
  
  Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and Mandy was a real treat. She was quick to help customers resolve issues (Ben Dover/Supervisor of the facility), smile, and laugh. She is a joy to interact with. I have to say though...I thought fanny packs went out generations ago 🤔😁.

  My experience with this Public Storage location has been frustrating from day one. I was told to be there Monday at 9 AM to move in, but when I arrived with all my belongings, the manager wasn’t on site. After calling corporate, I was told managers don’t even work Mondays—something that was never mentioned in advance. It was a complete mess, but I decided to move in anyway (November 2024).
  
  By March 2025, I received notice that my rent would jump from $148 to $215/month—a nearly $100 increase in less than 6 months. This wasn’t a promotional rate either; I just got a second month free. I understand costs go up, but this hike felt excessive and unfair.
  
  When I tried to speak with the on-site manager about it, she was in a virtual corporate meeting and had to talk to me in between listening. I was told there was nothing they could do and that they raise rates every 6 months.
  
  To make matters worse, I recently discovered water leaking from the roof of my unit and damaging my stored items.
  
  Between the lack of communication, extreme price increases, and now water damage, I’ll be moving out as soon as possible. I recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable and professional storage solution.

  I am a client at the Public Storage on Sinclair Rd. The property manager RJ is very accommodating and super helpful. He went above and beyond to help me when I had a concern. Highly recommend!
