I had such a great experience at Public Storage today! Andrea went above and beyond helping me with a billing issue, and she made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She was patient, professional, and genuinely kind, making sure everything was resolved the right way. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this caring and personal, but Andrea truly made my day better. Thank you for the wonderful service!
