This is the first time I ever had to deal with non-human receptionist as this lab only has a small dirty computer kiosk to make an an appointment. There was no warning when I called to make an appointment. As a Deaf person, I require by ADA Law to have access to clear communication but the staff were very quick to shut the door and kept ignoring me despite my waving to get their attention to ask questions. This is discrimination against Deaf patients - I was unsure if the procedure I did were correct nor did I know if the insurance is accepted or not. A man and possibly his elderly mother or relative - they seemed not to be able to read English well -- they were too confused in how to use the computer. I guided them and then half-way, they stopped mid-way as the staff called them. Wasted my time helping them for nothing! Again no opportunity to communicate and once again the door was shut. Had to wait a while despite my scheduled appointment was delayed. Then just as abruptly, the door opened and a curt nurse or whoever she was motioned me impatiently to get inside. Then another staff stepped out of the little room and pointed where to go. When I sat down I gestured butterfly needle - as I have small veins and a history of even expert phlebologist couldn't draw blood. She mumbled and shook her head no, so I took it that they don't have butterfly needles (smaller needles for small veins). I should have walked out - but she jabbed the thick needle into my arm and it HURT like hell. I went home and had a huge black & blue bruise and my arm was very sore for the entire week. It's not the phlebologist fault for not having butterfly needles. But I wonder how do they draw blood for children or disAbled people with challenging veins? I won't go back there and going to have to ask my doctor to find a better lab to refer to. Not dealing with anymore painful jabs like that again.

Automated system only. Can't speak to a human being to confirm any appointment or test result information

One of the worst customer service I have ever heard. I will never come to Quest Diagnostics after this bad experience. They don't respect patients nor their time. And the employees here, they just talking with each other and not serving patients.

The lady helping me with my drug screen was very sweet, my employer had me make an appointment online and I was in and out within about 10 minutes. Process was very straightforward and efficient, no complaints! ?

Horrible! I tried to call the billing department and they were closed when they were supposed to be open! No one could tell me why the billing department wasn't open! After my issue is resolved I want nothing to do with Quest Diagnostic. I have PTSD from being on hold so long with them!

Drove all the way out there and see a sign on the door to wear a mask and if you don't have one, then they wont see you. I'm not against wearing a mask, but they didn't communicate in any emails, phone messages or text messages that they, unlike any other place , dont supply a mask if by chance you don't have one..we are not in a pandemic anymore, so we don't carry them around, if this place would have made it clear, we would have brought our own, but they didn't, all they could say was this has always been their policy..well we haven't been there before, are we supposed to be mind readers? Every other doctor me and my husband has always reminded us of the masks, it's easy to forget, anyways, they were rude about it and unprofessional, so have to find another doctor, hopefully more competent

This clinic is horrible, I went twice each time I drove 40 min. They told me to make an appointment but an online they said all the drug test; they don’t need an appointment. The nurse and most of the employees are very bad customer service. They are so rude, when they come at the lobby; they are screaming “we don’t have time for you guys, if you didn’t have an appointment”. That’s what they were saying. If you wanna send your employee a drug test. Please don’t send here, send somewhere else.I feel I am not in USA when I was there, the way they were treated the patients.

This location lost my blood sample. It never made it to the testing facility. I'm not able to get any response from Quest regarding this, but they were quick to still send me a bill for the services they didn't provide.

Extremely rude people. The lady at the deck in suite 100 doesn't deserve to have a job there. She doesn't care about anyone that comes there with real life issues. Didn't care about anything I had to say. Would not recommend going there at all.

Complete sham. Didn't have the tests I needed, DESPITE their website saying they did. Customer service was rude and unapologetic about it.

No billing sent, disconnected the first time I called to pay and confirm some things, then routed back to the IVR after talking to an agent to pay the bill. Only reason for a 2 star is the second person I spoke to was relatively nice.

April helped me today and she was great. I didn’t feel the needle stick at all, and she helped me resolve an issue I had with finding the drug screen. Thank you, April!!

Just came in for a drug screening today but I had a great time with the staff. Especially Heather. Hands down the best time I've ever had peeing in a cup. ?

I have to go there every month. The staff has always been respectful and courteous. They always ask me how I'm doing and how my day is. I'm usually in and out. I have never been there for more than 15 minutes. I have a choice of going here or to lab Corp. I always pick quest because of how polite and professional.
