Had a tiny piece of metal on the top side of my brand new tire took it to tire discounter they told me it was unfixable that I had to get a new tire for $300 so I came over to RJ‘s. They were able to fix it. They actually took the piece of metal out took time to figure out if it was fixable and if I didn’t need a new tire, it was only $150 but they were able to patch my tire And save me a lot of money. These guys are not here rip people off. They truly care about their customers. Then I drive a Dodge Durango with 21 inch tires so they’re not little tires. They are expensive and only a year old!!!

Originally was very happy with their service, but 6 months later when I went to get my breaks done at another shop, they could not get my lug nuts off. Come to find out R&J stripped my bolts putting them on. So I went back up there to R&J to let them know what has happened and they said the place where I was getting my breaks done must have stripped them taking them off. Well we all know you don’t strip lug nuts taking them off, they come off easy unless you strip them putting them on. So basically R&J cost me $400 and says there not responsible. They stripped 8 lugs nuts on 3 different adapters on my truck. Had to buy new adapters. Horrible customer care. Matt at R&J striped them and Matt says his boss Jesse said he’s not responsible.

Came in to replace tires on our skid steer. They bent every rim in the same spot (either putting on the new ones or removing the old) one constantly leaked air after) We’ve used them lots in the past but after this, no more. The guys in the trucks are ok, but the junkies at their shop are clowns, just pull up and watch for 2 minutes

On Friday I needed two tires to attend a showing in WV. Shane was able to get them delivered and installed on my vehicle within the time constraints I had, at a fair price.

I called this company after calling several national based companies… no one wanted to touch my tour bus… I am on a 20 city tour and desperately needed 2 tire changes…. This company came out and did an awesome job! I can remember the guys name, but was very professional and proficient at his job. I will highly recommend this company!
