I'm from Jersey and was visiting family and stopped here to do some light shopping...the staff was friendly and polite..the store was stocked with clothes and they have a very nice plus size selection..if I ever come back I would definitely stop here again ❤️

Very disappointed to learn that I could not return items nor get credit. Thought policy was like Walmart. No dressing rooms to try on apparel. This is bad customer service.

I went to this Rainbow today. Got there at 7:20 pm on a Friday and they were closed. I checked the time online before I went they were supposed to be open until 8 pm. Gas is too high for the nonsense. Truly. This is the second time in a row I’ve been to this location during the posted hours and the store was closed.

I had 2 of my great grandchildren in the store today. The lady that took care of us. Was very professional! We just loved the store and the ladies that work there. Thank you all for putting a smile on our faces. We will be back. Operator # 4128cm. They deserve a raise! Great job ladies! ❤

Company should change the listed store hours. They don't open till 11:30. When I walked up at 11:47 the door was still locked. Went back to my car and called. They had just opened and , of course, I pulled on the door that wasn't open. ?So went in to exchange a shirt I had bought the day before at another location.Ladies were friendly and helpful. Store was in emaculate shape. Not as large of a selection as Broad St, about the same as Cleveland Ave.Bought two shirts and was lucky to find a pair of black flats in my size. I know it's winter but they need those shoes , in all the colors, all year round. ?

Google says the store is open it is 11:18 a.m. and it is still closed. Another Customer was outside and said she called yesterday and they informed her they would be open at 11. I know that it is a difficult time finding staff but this is the most unprofessional store I have been to. I am not sure how as a franchise you can open whenever you feel like it.

The staff at this location are always very rude if you come in any less than an hour before closing, they tell you they're about to close...I KNOW that I can tell time. They also always close way earlier than the posted hours. Super lazy and rude.
