The worst nail salon ever. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!
Evry nail is different and she is not nice at all.
They keep asking if I want to do more and add more and when i said no. They just did it so bad

Oh my God! it was the worst experience ever I will never set foot in this nail salon ever again . They over charged me for a balance no nail damage whatsoever when I asked the guy how much was the balance he said $60 I was like for a balance ? No design nothing, simple pink gel polish that’s it Then charged me 65 for the pedi and said $10!for tax your total is 135 flat never heard of a flat tax rate . I paid with no complaints even tip him and walked away in a state of shock they are wrong for that. I should have know when I walked in why the salon was empty. I am probably not the first person they did that too. And the work was mediocre. Please don’t go there unless you got money to waste ..This place should run out of business. I should have read the reviews before I went there today. The guy was wrong for over charging me . You know who you are you are the only male at that place. I should have asked somebody else how much is a full set if a simple balance was 60 but I was so mad !!!!!!
Stylist: It was a male I don’t know his name but he is the only male working there the worst of the worst . Did a poor job and overcharged me I don’t even know y I tipped him maybe because it’s natural with me but it sure was not because it did a good job since I spent so much money today didn’t wanna go somewhere else to get it done but can’t wait for this week to be over so I can go and get it done somewhere else . He ruined my Mother’s Day . That was money I got from my baby to go get pampered for Mother’s Day .. you should be ashamed of yourself.

I have been to the Hilliard Rd Rome location inside walmart twice within the past 2 to 3 weeks. Both times I asked for acrylic nails. First visit, it was explained to me solar nails are stronger so I said okay. 3 popped off after a week and a half. Second visit I said I wanted acrylic again. Was given gel powder and I did choose polish. Didn't realize it was gel polish, but it was pretty. Won't come again as they seem to put on whatever they want and not want the customer wants.

It was terrible, I felt like she was making up charges as she went along. I wanted white tips but she kept trying to get me to do something else and we went over this from the beginning and she didn’t even give me white tips, she painted them on, then she over charged me and my daughter not to mention me and my daughter had to different ladies and they made us bleed by file over and over in our cuticle it was horrible experience, I would never return back there nor will I recommend them, and last but not least the two women sitting next to each other whom was doing my nails and my daughter were talking about the other staff member not thinking we understand and talking about us, SMH

EXTREMELY RUDE AND RASICT DO NOT GO HERE!!!I have NEVER hit the “no tip” button so fast. The service was terrible and the experience wasn’t relaxing AT ALL!!!! I went in for a gel manicure and the lady told me it would be $55 for the design I wanted as well as an extension on one finger because my nail was broken. The extension which was an additional $5. She proceeded to start on my nails and when she was filing my nails she filed the nails on one of my hands crooked and the acrylic extension on my nail didn’t even look like an extension in the end. The acrylic extension length was fine until she started filing it the first time and she made it round when I asked for square. Then I asked her to fix it and she made the nail back to the original length it was before. Then she did the first part of my design which was the chrome and when she put the topcoat on that there were black particles underneath the topcoat so I asked her to fix it and she GASLIT me by saying “I don’t understand what you mean” which she said in a rude tone. After all my nails were complete she started filing them for the finishing touches and she was REALLY AGGRESSIVE to the point where she didn’t stop until I went “ouch.” The Caucasian people in the salon were treated so nicely with manners by the other staff. There was a lady next to me and after she left the rude behaviour started. I spent over 2.5 hours in there just to be treated terribly! The nails only lasted good for a week until the gel started lifting from my cuticles. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Wish there was an option for a 0 star rating.

Broughty my daughter and I and we were told they could do specific designs/ombra. They process was so rough and slow because she kept making phone calls, the lady who did my daughters nails made her bleed. Then came time to paint my nails looked NOTHING like the milky “ombré” I asked for. (In fact they have a very yellow tent too them, my daughter who just wanted emerald green with leopard spots on 3 who was assured they could go it all the sudden didn’t have the green and didn’t know how to do the spots and handed my daughter a book of stickers for Christmas and flowers. My nails are uneven and just a mess and my daughters are the same. I would recommend NOT coming here, they over charge for HORRIBLE work $160 and they’re not even close to what we wanted, asked for and told they could do.
