Reliable Collision did a wonderful job with my car after it was backed into by a neighbor. The whole repair process was easy, with a rental taken care of conveniently. Drop the car off, leave in the rental, and come back to a car that looks like new.Highly recommend Reliable Collision. The whole experience went swimmingly. A++++

Just picked my car from repairs after my accident and IMPRESSED doesn't even describe how I feel. The body work is magnificent my car looks like the day I drove it off the lot!! The customer service was amazing and they even detailed my car! I would them to anyone.

Highly recommend, got me in same day for an evaluation of the car and when I got the car back it was *chefs kiss* looking better than ever. If I ever need anything in the future, I will certainly go to them first.

Wonderful staff that was very helpful with the process with it being my first time dealing with insurance claims/repairs. They did an amazing job communicating and the car looks better than ever (inside and out)!!! Very reasonably priced as well... Wouldn't recommend anyone else in Columbus!!!

My car looks beautiful! My insurance let me choose where I'd like the service done. My mother had positive experiences in the past, so I chose Reliable. Took longer than expected, but well worth the wait!! The repairs were fantastic and the detail job they did was amazing! Very happy!

Did a great job with bodywork and paint on my mr2. Rodney and his team kept up with communication, sent photos of the work in progress, and overall results are phenomenal. Couldn't be happier with the attention to detail and pride they took in the work.

Reliable Collision did an amazing job on rebuilding my vehicle after a collision. They are very professional and go over and beyond to assist their customer during the process. My part was on backorder but they were able to get the part in sooner than expected and worked with me to ensure my vehicle was done correctly. The team at reliable collision was even patient with me when I would get frustrated. They let me know that they understood my frustration and worked diligently in getting my vehicle back to me as soon as possible and that it was delivered to me correctly. They even detailed the inside and outside of the vehicle! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Don't try and get a job here they will make you bring your own equipment and low ball you on the pay when you call there bluff they will ghost you no texts no calls no emails they no they are in the wrong on high levels of work flow but low pay I couldn't imagine what kinda short cuts they are doing to cars to make a extra buck beware of this place management is horrible and so is h.r seems to be a shady company
