I called to get a quote for towing service and received a prompt response. I arranged for the tow and the driver arrived in under 30 minutes. The driver was professional and courteous and delivered my vehicle to the shop with a confirmation photo. Excellent service I will definitely use them in the future.

I was on my way to work on Monday morning when my car completely died at a busy intersection. I called Reliable Towing and Rob was extremely professional friendly and helpful on the phone. He dispatched a truck and in about 15 minutes Mike drove up and continued the same professional friendly service. Very good experience especially in an unexpected situation such as mine. I would call them again.

My insurance company called another towing service, I waited over 5 hours before my insurance company called Reliable Towing. They came out within 30 minutes and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Reliable Towing, thanks again for the great service.

My wife was stranded with a flat tire, in the pouring rain. Fortunately, it was only about 4 miles from home so I went to meet her. After considering using the emergency inflation/repair kit that came with the Toyota (no spare tire!), or jacking up the car and taking the tire to the repair shop myself, I decided that given the weather conditions and somewhat secluded location, it was best to just call for a tow. After a couple of tries, and being told by Shamrock it would be 3 hours, I found Reliable and called. Randy answered and could not have been more helpful. He said he could get a truck there in about 20 minutes, took my info, gave me a quote, and called the driver. Rob showed up in about 15 minutes, and was courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient. He took great care in loading and unloading the car on/off the flatbed, and quickly delivered the vehicle to our mechanic's shop in Grandview. I was very pleased with the professionalism shown by the Reliable employees. My ONLY complaint is that they said they would not be able to give me a ride from the pickup location, which they communicated up front. Since my wife and I were both there with an extra car, this was not a problem. But had it just been one of us in a situation with nobody available to give us a ride, this would have been a problem. Rob said this policy of not providing rides is a holdover from COVID, and perhaps an insurance issue as well. It would be nice if Reliable would reconsider this policy, as it would be one less thing for the customer to worry about in an already stressful situation.

I would highly recommend Reliable Towing! I needed an air compressor towed ASAP and they were already at my house less than an hour after I called. The driver was very kind, professional, and quick! He made sure the load was secure and took good care of my property. I could tell he had a lot of experience. And the price was very fair! Will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you Reliable!
